It is difficult to fully express my disdain for the Northeast Health Services (NEHS) office in Woburn. I have tried to reach the clinic director, Andrea Tucker, for months - since ~August '24. They made a ridiculous amount of errors and missteps, and have yet to get back to me or help me. It almost defies belief - I have NEVER had such a thorougly poor experience with a company at every single step of the process. Please just save yourself the trouble and do NOT go to this office.

There is not a large enough number of characters for text here to fully explain what happened, but the receptionist (Christine, who apparently no longer works there) made so many missteps and mistakes that it almost defies belief. She got angry with me when I would ask, for example, how it was possible that she "can't cancel my appointment" even with 48+ hrs notice (their policy is 24 hrs+, and also, I needed it cancelled because they did not send out my Rx as they were supposed to, and checking on the Rx was the entire purpose of the appt. - a massive can of worms with that whole situation). The clinic director is unreachable - nobody will give me her contact information and she seemingly continues to refuse to speak with me for months now, even though I've called the office multiple times asking to speak with her.

The entire interaction has put me off from even trying another TMS center due to everything that happened here, which I simply don't have room to explain in this comment. My experience here was unbelievably terrible, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through that.

This place is disgusting. I’ve been with them for two years. They scheduled an appointment at some point in the future for me. This was in December, and they never got back to me regarding when the meeting was, neither did they pick up the phone when I tried to contact them about it. They aren’t even answering so I can get refills on my meds. I’d rather spend the rest of my life insane than get ‘treatment’ from these pseudomedics!

This is the worst healthcare service office I have ever experienced. They canceled same day out of pure convenience now 3 times in a row. The third time was quite special as my child had already arrived and they claimed there was something wrong with the insurance although there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the insurance. They also told her a lie that they had been trying to reach me all day and not a single phone call or phone missed from Northeast health services Woburn. They sent her away without a phone call to the parent (me), or God forbid saw her since it had been now three times they messed up the appointment. Unbelievable. What’s most infuriating is not the time lost or numerous attempts to secure a first appointment but the careless and cavalier demeanor around children’s mental health. We will not be back.

Had an introductory PCP meeting and information about what I needed to provide was withheld until 30 minutes prior to the meeting and the office canceled the appointment after they called to let me know (although I went out of my way to get the needed documents). Very unprofessional

Unfortunately, mass general is no longer having long-term. Therapy for their clients. I have been with them for 20 years. I was forced to switch, and this agency was taking my network and had both medical management and therapy services available right away.

What is also unfortunate is that for the last two months I had one appointment, with a therapist, and the second he never put into the system so it was pain trying to get another appointment as the app they use to "contact providers" didn't even work. I had no way to find and contact my therapist - not even listed on their website. It took me 3 calls the first 2 being voicemails in order to get someone on the phone.

I was told I would have to wait a few weeks, but someone would call me with a new provider. After playing phone tag, I had my first med management appointment, however, they never sent a link to join the virtual call and again... their app does not work.

Call the main number and was told that they would send a message to the provider to send me the link and now I am 25 minutes past my appointment time with no such contact from that provider.

Worst service I've ever had from medical professionals.

I now have to find another agency and do this whole process again.

I read these Google reviews online after my appointment was booked, so I was nervous anticipating my first appointment. Let me just say, I am so glad I finally made an appointment. I was so pleased with Zumra M. and wished I made an appointment sooner. She was professional yet compassionate, understanding, great listener and willing to help me! I know everyone has their own experiences, but I couldn't have asked for better experience & I am so appreciative for the help!

I am very fortunate to have both a great therapist and medical doctor. I highly recommend Dr.Sabrina Dar and Therapist Gloria Kinkaide.
