The experience with this facility was nice. Christy was more then accommodating to our situation, answered any questions we had during and or after the allotted time given for the visit, she was prompt and respectful.
The office was extremely clean, (although they could use some ice in the ice maker) lol it was a comfortable setting for the hour allotted to us weekly.
I was able to get in to this facility extremely quick and really loved the attitude of the staff!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone the needs their services like we did.

Christy and Summer are excellent educators with knowledge, real-world experiences, and empathy for your unique situation. The tools they give to struggling co-parents provide a foundation for successful co-parenting with willing parties. Their class gave me hope that my co-parent and I may be able to work through things ourselves rather than continually relying on a busy court system to make decisions on our daughter’s behalf.

Omg my experience here has been so rewarding. They are super on top of things. They make sure that things are done the right way. They are super aware and alert. My daughter was super nervous about going to have visits without me and being gone for so long. However once she got used to the space & staff she really enjoys her time there. This place is super homey and even with all my baby’s anxiety she is able to be comfortable enough to enjoy her time there. The staff is super friendly and makes things comfortable all parties involved. As far as the reports they only record what they hear and see. I really like that they are there to intervene only when absolutely necessary. They make my daughter and I feel so comfortable and I know she is safe. I am really happy with how things are going.

Norcal Valley Breakthrough is a wonderful facility. I am very grateful for having our child's professionally supervised visits here. It is a very welcoming and home-like setting with tons of games, toys, and movies to watch. My favorite part of this facility is the accountability that was held on everyone's part. They don't tolerate a lot of the concerns I had as a parent and made me feel like our child would be in a safe setting during visits with her mother. I also enjoyed the detailed feedback and notes provided for each visit. That was a huge relief to be able to read how positive the visit went with such thorough notes. The director of services, Christy, is very professional and actively communicates with parents in a honest and kind manner. 10/10 recommend this facility for families needing professionally supervised visits.

This class was so informative! I would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with co-parenting or communication with the other parent. The teachers are patient, answer all questions in detail and can help with a wide variety of subjects. I went home from this class with a completely different mindset regarding my parenting situation than what it was before the class and there is so much material and information I’m going to be applying to my everyday life. Please take this course if you are struggling at all with your co-parent!

Back in February of 2023, I found this agency to provide service for my supervised visits. Christy is very professional and reassuring. Even though I was not able to use this agency due to personal circumstances. I will highly recommend anyone who asked to use “Northern California Breakthrough Parenting” for your visits. They are not one sided, they hear you and listen! You will not be disappointed.
