We have two of the Golden lift chairs. They are wonderful.
After three years of use I was having issues with the wiring in the remote. Erica in the Repair Dept was very friendly and helpful in analyzing the problem and coming up with an immediate resolution. Usually repair issues elsewhere are really a hassle, but Erica seemed personally interested to see that I had a proper and very quick resolution. One of the best and friendliest service calls I've had!

While assisting me very professionally and courteously while being busy with other customers, she displayed complete calmness with her ability to multitask. I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been doing business at Northern Pharmacy for approximately 7 years. Mrs. Judith provided me with excellent service. She was extremely busy, however, made sure she answered my questions and provided me with a very caring and compassionate attitude. Keep up the great work Mrs. Judith!
Also I want to commend the Sync program for their amazing service that they provide me with on a one-on-one basis. They always give me the best service that anyone could ask for on a monthly basis sometimes even daily and weekly. I have a lot of medical issues and require many prescriptions for imy health. Anything I ask for my patient rep make sure that my needs are met.
She lets me know when prescriptions come in for me, when she's requesting refills from doctors, etc. and she never acts like it's a problem. Thank you "J " for everything that you do for me and make sure that my pharmaceutical needs are met. Northern pharmacy's employees treat their customers with the upmost compassion and caring service no matter how busy they are. Keep up the great work!!

Amani Boone was very knowledgeable and professional about attending to my mother's concerns about her prescription boot. She was very patient during the sizing of her boot watched carefully as she became adjusted to walking.
