Medical supply personnel was rude, screaming I was pronouncing the Word rollator wrong, after asking for product info. Asked for a mrg. since we had purchased instore before, when not rude behavior!
Medical supply sales person , said 'you might as well go back to the state you are from, if they treat better'....
Stressful environment/ screams at incoming call to inquire, about a 'rollator' correction...

We rented 2 wheelchairs for the day for 2 members of our group when we visited Salem.
The wheelchairs made it possible for them to get around town and see the sights.

Joe was very helpful and accommodating. He worked with us on a plan to return our wheelchairs after hours since the store closed at 5 pm due to a holiday.

The chairs were in excellent condition and the rental price was very reasonable.

Excellent customer service, I couldn't be happier with the amount of time spent with me on the phone (I live out of state) to help me make a purchase for my mother. I was never pushed to buy something more expensive, but rather was given all relevant information so I could decide for myself. Their prices are very reasonable and well under the MSRP. When the chair appeared to be mis-delivered, the staff tracked down the delivery paperwork and determined that the facility placed it in the wrong room. I was told that a lift-chair purchased at a medical supply store would be far more expensive than going to a discount furniture store, and I found that to be completely untrue. They stock an American-made high- quality line of chairs with a great manufacturers warranty. You won't regret supporting a small locally owned business.

Kyle was awesome! After TERRIBLE customer service from Lincare for very basic questions/information and trying to schedule deliveries from them (multiple times from different locations) I gave up on them. Lincare is who my health care provider uses. I gave Northshore Home Medical Supply in Peabody a try and very glad I did. I was in need of a piece of equipment right away and they took care of me right away. It is so refreshing these days to get excellent customer service!!! I had a great experience. Thanks Kyle!

I called this morning to get information on a mobility scooter for my husband. I was talking to a gentleman and all of a sudden my cell phone started to make beeping noises so I thought we got disconnected so I called back.. The gentleman was so rude. He said by me hanging up and calling back it wasn't going to get me answers any quicker. Evidently, he put me on hold in the middle of our conversation without ever telling me or asking me if I could please hold on so I assumed I got a dropped call or something. With customer service like that I will find a scooter elsewhere and I told him just that. I didn't even have a chance to ask if they sell scooters outright or they just rent them. Well, if they sell them they lost a sale. I'll find another place that treats potential customers better than that.

3 weeks ago my husband a Police Officer, was injured in the line of duty. With still so many surgeries ahead of him and wanting him home ASAP! We were extremely happy that Kyle was able to assist us on a Saturday. We had my husbands medical equipment delivered to our home in such a short notice. Thank you so much for helping us!
