I was a patient of Dr. Trail for over 15 years and had always received good care from him. However, one day I received a call informing me that I was being dropped as a patient for missing appointments. This came as a shock to me because I had never missed an appointment and I was diligent in scheduling my appointments with the clinic. I immediately asked for proof of the missed appointments and any letters that were sent to me, but I never received a response from the clinic. I found this to be extremely unprofessional as a long-term patient. Dr. Trail's clinic had always been known for their professionalism and quality of care, but this incident left a sour taste in my mouth. It is disappointing to see such behavior from a trusted medical professional and it has made me question their level of professionalism and trustworthiness. As a patient, I believe it is important for doctors to have clear communication and proper documentation before making such decisions, especially with long-term patients like myself. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and let down by the lack of proper communication and professionalism from Dr. Trail's clinic.

Proceed with Caution - I was prescribed the WRONG meds. This clinic is not on the citywide computer system and they only chart on paper. Because of that, I told them what my two prescriptions are and then had them (the PA and the MA) verbally confirm my correct drug and dose. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my Rx's they were both WRONG meds and I refused to take one of them not realizing that they were both incorrect. I called the clinic to have it corrected and to explain to me why this even happened in the first place, left a voicemail. My call was not returned. There are standard medical protocols designed to prevent MEDICATION ERRORS but clearly that had not been done in this case. Why not? If they can't get a simple prescription correct what else might not be done properly? Not wanting to find out, I have switched to another medical group for safety reasons. I cannot recommend this practice with any confidence.

Extremely rude secretary. I have two insurances. but because they don"t (not my primary)accept one she was curt to the point of nasty. Thank's for not bothering to even ask what the primary was, or let me get that far. It's hard enough to lose my primary, but to have deal with a nasty secretary with a better than thou additude doesn't help

Dr.s and staff you can develop rapport with .
They're very busy, probably because they're very good. All 3 really listen and care about their patients. Problems with prescriptions have been because they were backordered at the pharmacy. Lab reports are called to us without having to make a special follow up appiontment, and any questions are answered right then. Very efficient. We've had over 16 years of very good care. This is 1 of the 3 best Dr.s offices we've been to in 67 years of medical providers. We treat them nice - don't want to have to find another. They have our recommendation, both of us, Skeeter and Rene. PS: They're very good with seniors, experienced (old) folks.

I recently started going to Northside Family Physicians, and have have been impressed. Mady is very nice and really good at what she does. The office is very busy, but I have had great service. Jessica is very nice and makes you feel welcome and Dr. Henry was very nice, and listens well. Their lab is back open which is very nice I liked my previous Kaiser Dr, but they stopped taking my insurance., and wanted to find a closer office to go to. I highly recommend this office!

First off I like my Doctor, I haven't had any problems with him. My problem is how horrible you are treated when you return calls or have to go into the office. I literally get hung up on. Rudest receptionist I have ever had to deal with. Seems like she hates having to do anything and is a miserable person. Not one of the nurses have been nice to me and ignore me when I'm in the waiting room. No "we will be with you in a minute" or nothing, just flat out ignore you and are very cold and very uncompassionate. I get anxiety having to go here and am now going to look into changing doctors unfortunately. So keep this in mind because you will have to deal with this. My biggest regret is having to go here when my Dr retired. I just don't know how you can work in this field and treat people so horribly.
