Amazing customer service. The lady and gentleman who were there yesterday went above and beyond for me and my family. I called a little after 4 PM on Friday. They close at 5 but I was in a different town then them. I needed a suction machine for my dad as soon as possible. They had the machine I needed. They stayed open while they waited for me to get there. Even though it was after closing they did not rush with me. The gentleman took the time to print the directions for us, explained the product and showed me how to set it up and work it. They definitely went above just selling me a machine. They were so kind and helpful. We will be returning for any medical needs we have. Amazing place and people. Thank you all for helping my dad be more comfortable through this difficult time.

I cannot brag on this business enough- I am a registered nurse who came here to get medical supplies for a homeless man I met last night in need of ostomy care. I told them the story of my meeting him and how he didn’t have any ostomy bags left. I came in with no idea on what to get him but knew I needed advice from an associate here. They helped out with getting everything he needed and MORE. They filled up a huge bag with donated supplies from patients who don’t need them anymore and sent me on my way. Happy tears were flowing the whole way out. All that they asked was that I spread the word about their business and I will shout from the rooftops that this is the place you need to go!! Thank you thank you thank you for making a huge difference in this human’s life!!

I’m visiting from Hawaii and my mother’s rollator breaks weren’t operating safely. Julie suggested I bring it around for a look. A gentleman, who’s name I failed to request, took into his shop and adjusted the breaks perfectly. I inquired what I owed for the technical assistance and they just wished me safe travels and a great weekend! So glad I visited Northside Medical Supply! Mom’s rollator is safer now!!!
