As a recently disabled person who uses a power chair to have a more broad lifestyle, it was wonderful to talk to people who were concerned and compassionate about the issues I was having with the charger on my power chair. The tech, Nicholas was amazing at explaining and did not try to upsell me, but gave me all my options. The other two customer service women were amazing. And the atmosphere was open and accepting. I actually got a little teary-eyed because the last 2 years has been rough getting my disability and dealing with my physical issues. They made my entire year! Highly recommend them for selection and service!

Thank you Amy and Shelby! My wife and I were needing crutches for our son. We called just 5 minutes prior to closing to see if they had crutches for his size and they did. They stayed late after closing until we arrived to pick them up. Great customer service and very caring people.

The team at Northwest Health and Safety is unbelievably kind and helpful! I came in right before closing to get a friend's walker repaired (the brakes weren't working, which is quite dangerous) and they helped within minutes. Their patience and compassion were truly moving. I hope their business continues to thrive!

I broke my leg and rented an electric bed for my downstairs. They were extremely empathetic to my situation and super nice! They delivered the bed promptly and the delivery guys brought it in, set it up, and gave me a quick lesson. They too were extremely nice and professional. Their rates are very competitive and resonable. Thank you NW Health and Safety for making part of my recovery so easy!

Excellent staff and equipment availability! We had a sudden need for a wheelchair and other items - I called, and they were friendly, helpful, and had everything I needed immediately available. They are the kind of service you hope you never need, but they are my go-to place from here on out! (We're getting older - I'm sure we will be back!)

Can be pretty expensive at times, if in doubt about a product try asking more than one question. Customer service is great and they have several products to choose from or can be special ordered. The manager Amy is really nice and willing to help. Recommend...

I accidently submitted a low rating for this business and that could not have been farther from my actual experience.
These guys offer great customer service, they are knowledgeable, patient, and really go the extra mile.
My recent broken leg has required several pieces of medical equipment and they are great to deal with, offering used equipment to help me save money.
I will recommend this business to whoever needs medical equipment.
