10 PLUS stars to this highly rated staff Ashley upon entering was welcoming, compassionate and made us feel comfortable during a scary situation. Bryan the RN was also efficient and speedy in running all testing that was required and showed kindness towards my Son. Tiffany the PA also a top rated provider that monitored the situation and diagnosed the problem and was able to give us peace of mind such a kind woman. We then met with Brady the MRI Tech that administered the CT scan and I was able to view the procedure and process of my Son as it happened, Brady was a joy and helped me laugh and take my mind of my worry.
The hospital is beautifully updated and extremely clean. The absolute quickest ER visit I’ve ever experienced that wasn’t jaded and a non caring situation as I’ve experienced at Bentonville Hospital or Washington Regional in the past years.
This staff mentioned work very well together and showed true professional leadership.
Thank you so much for this pleasant experience.

We had to visit the 24/7 Emergency Department in West Bentonville recently when my 4-year-old needed urgent care, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Andrew at the front desk was incredibly efficient and hospitable, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. He made check-in smooth and quick, which was a huge relief in such a stressful moment.

Dr. Stroud and the medical team were phenomenal. Dr. Stroud’s calm demeanor, thorough approach, and ability to explain everything in an easy-to-understand way put both me and my child at ease. He took the time to ensure we fully understood the situation and the next steps, which I deeply appreciated.

The entire team worked efficiently while still showing compassion every step of the way. The facility was clean and well-organized, and we didn’t experience any wait time, in fact Andrew helped to expedite our check in process. As a parent, it’s such a relief to know there’s a trusted emergency department close by when you need it most.

Thank you to Andrew, Dr. Stroud, and the entire team for taking such great care of us!

Worst experience of my life. The first 3 hours were okay. The doctor and nurses were good. After 7pm it was HORRIBLE. I’ve never been treated more like a burden in my life. The nurse clearly hated her job, refused to help me put on the gown, rolled her eyes and gave me dirty looks and talked to me like i was stupid. She also didn’t care that I was in excruciating pain. The female doctor at 7pm and beyond was equally as horrible. She legitimately came in and was about to discharge me with a true medical emergency. Thankfully my mother in law pushed for me to be admitted and the doctor was like “I mean i guess I’ll call and ask the Bentonville location but I doubt they will take you just for pain control”…They treated me like I was a drug seeker and drama queen. I was eventually transferred to Bentonville and found out I had ovary torsion which required emergency surgery and a 3 day hospital stay. I lost my right ovary and fallopian tube. I will NEVER go here again and would never recommend. The bentonville medical center was amazing and treated me good. The centerton location is where it was awful.

EXORBITANT pricing. I went for an allergic reaction after eating something that quickly led to a rash on my arm. The doctor claimed I had the flu or sinus infection, not allergies? Unreal. They ended up taking my temp and checking blood pressure and heart rate and that was it. I left with no treatment or anything. Somehow after this visit, which provided truly no value, I was billed $1,100. Absolute insanity.

Long wait, no one in the waiting room. Infant in distress, nurse took vitals and said "nothing's wrong, sorry" after a fall. Complete lack of thoroughness. Went to Children's Northwest, turns out it was a leg fracture! Charging me over $1,000 for doing nothing. Lack of empathy, no sense of concern. Useless, disinterested staff. Pervasive throughout all of Northwest Health's facilities, regardless of location. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

This place needs serious audit of their staff. Worst ER visit ever, won’t go into detail to protect my privacy. But seriously the phlebotomist or nurse who kept stabbing the needle for the 4th time after being told multiple times who think he’s smarter than everyone needs to seriously find another profession. Needless to say me or mine won’t be back there. I’ll take my chances with mercy

I came in wearing a Comfy (that big hoodie that reaches the knees) from how cold I was on a 98° day. There was no wait time, so that's a positive. The nurses were nice however, when I got swabbed for COVID, I don't even think the whole q-tip was in my nostril. I think people are afraid to swirl that thing around because of my nostril piercings? Regardless, I believe I was the only patient there as there were no other cars except a few towards the back. Someone walked by and asked the doctor seeing me "I know it's only been 30 minutes, but should I retake her temperature since she is at 103". I'm also assuming but they were right by my door and my doctor started responding in a hushed voice. Sketchy. My vitals were not given to me nor where they on my discharge papers.

Anyway, within 10 minutes the doctor comes in to tell me my tests were negative (COVID, Flu, Strep) and that it's just a virus. I have blisters on the back of my throat, felt like a gargled glass, my entire body felt like I hit a truck, etc... and my buddies had the EXACT same symptoms. I was at a bachelorette/bachelor party with them a few days ago. 5/9 of are are sicker than hell now and my buddy tested positive for COVID. I was sent home where I proceeded to get worse.

I retested myself at home because there is absolutely no way I don't have COVID. Turns out, I do! Joy. I called the people here and asked if I should come back in since I've got asthma (plus im obese so). Whomever I was speaking to says "unfortunately, I cannot give medical advice over the phone".

As someone who works in the medical industry, that is not medical advice. I was asking if I should come in, not what steps to take to make myself feel better from home. I called another hospital and was told to come in. Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed.

To add, I think the doctor I saw needs a vacation or something.

They have urgent care on the side of their building but bill out as an ER. $1200 out of pocket. What a joke. Stay away.
