Teal came to my house and gave an amazing presentation to me, my boyfriend and our three kiddos. She was so professional and even though we weren’t able to protect our family today, she made sure we were much more prepared and are able to safely get out of every possible exit. What a great company with so much beneficial knowledge! Get these guys out into your home!

This company came to do a demonstration at my moms house for the free safety kit, which we got back in December, the lady was nice and sold a kit to my mom and said she wouldn’t have to pay anything till March, fast forward after the sale she said she would come back later and install everything instead she came back and coerced my elderly mom to sign a paper saying it was installed (I did not find out until later) after that the lady became unavailable! I texted several times with no response so I called abs she hung up on me after that I got ahold of the loan people and told them what happened and we never received our product, they gave me the number to the company so I called the next lady very apologetic seemed nice said she would talk to the owner, never called my mom back except to set up a date to install, we have already told them due to poor customer service so far we no longer wanted the product! They set the appointment up anyways I called because my mom called me, I told them she doesn’t want it cancel the appointment! They showed up anyways, my neighbor went and checked on my mom after they showed up and when he went out he over heard the boss telling the employee that they needed to get my neighbor to make her sign the paper saying she got the product! Needless to say he did not! They are all about profit and taking advantage of an elderly woman is not beneath them I have called several times waited days and got no where! The person answering the phone was also rude and they just tried to put it all off on the First Lady who isn’t with them anymore! Smdh DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had the privilege of meeting up with James. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He educated us on fire and safety measures that are essential in such a situation. I was surprised to know that most smoke detectors sound after 30 minutes and one has less than three minutes to evacuate.
Have your smoke detectors checked or better yet contact Northwest Health & Safety Network. At the end of the day, safety in your home is your responsibility.

The salesman presented a extremely informative presentation about house fires, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Also information concerning escape plans. He used small charts and videos. He was friendly and professional. Gave us lots to think about.
