I have been going to NW Medical Ctr out of convenience due to proximity for the last 2 years. My experiences have been mixed, but today I met with Dr. Wells who is new to the practice and am only going to see him from now on. His bedside manner and level of genuine care, desire to serve and collaborative approach was a breath of fresh air. I was treated compassionately and not rushed, given as much education/info as I needed and felt like I was actually heard which is becoming rare in traditional medicine due to several reasons. Welcome and thank you, Dr. Wells!

Was really surprised how quickly I got back to a room, front desk ladies were soooo sweet, and the nurse who did vitals was so nice and informative. Mrs. Oliver was extremely nice and the appointment didn't feel rushed, she was attentive and understanding, she got stat referrals in for me to ease my worried mind. Very thankful for this clinic and staff.

First visit was excellent - then comes the second visit. I was told there was no charge for a call, by the nurse, only to find out that a 5-minute phone call cost me nearly $200.00

Had the nurse been honest to start with, then I would not have accepted the call. Apparently you can't trust the nurse to be honest. That is a huge issue for me.

Two phone calls to the number provided in the "owners" response, but they have yet to call back.

I can’t say enough good things about Northwest Sugarcreek, from the staff at the front desk to every DR, Nurse, and assistants. They are all amazing, welcoming and knowledgable! Myself and my family have seen them for anything A-Z and they are always prompt informative! Very personable as well!!! I definitely recommend them for all ages and all of your needs!!

The billing issues from this facility are insane! Be aware, it doesn’t matter what your insurance company has negotiated for reimbursement with them, they will send you a bill for whatever amount they feel like. You will get texts, emails and mail with no way to reply- just a link to pay. They don’t care if you have questions or issues. Ask for pricing beforehand otherwise they will make up an invoice as needed.

ent to you multiple times about my gallbladder causing me issues. I received an ultra sound. However, after receiving an ultrasound. I was advised that it wasn’t enough to have my gallbladder removed. I dealt with this issue for over a year, with this medical center being highly recommended. I spent 2 grand further trying to fix my issues. After a year of dealing with this issue, with no help from this center, I had my files moved to someone who offered assistance. On one visit the surgeon looked at my scans and told me it needed to be removed immediately. I was scheduled the next week to have it removed and found that my gallbladder was 3 times it’s normal size with more stones than he thought possible as they were showing through the exterior lining of my gallbladder; the larges at 2cm. This facility allowed me to be in pain and continue to push me off regardless of how many tears I shed. I will not return. You guys would rather someone spend copious amount of money instead of relieving them from the pain they are enduring.
