I’m really disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I called ahead to confirm they accepted walk-ins, and they assured me I could be seen by Dr. Preston. However, when I arrived, I was told I could not be seen. I had driven nearly 30 minutes while feeling unwell, only to be turned away. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially when they're sick. I expected better communication and care. It’s frustrating to have been misled, and I wasted both my time and energy. It’s a shame when a place with great potential is let down by poor management or customer service. Good riddance.

Just like another review I read, if I could leave zero stars I would. But only because of Dr. Preston. My boys went in for sports physicals and the nurse was awesome with them. She answered questions they had and made them feel comfortable. But apparently she wasn’t moving fast enough for Dr. Preston, he came in, didn’t even address us and started chewing on the Nurse right in front of us for apparently having too much conversation for just sports physicals! And when I confronted him about embarrassing the nurse he didn’t seem to care. I will never use him again.

We had an appointment scheduled in advance, when I arrived they told us they called and left voice messages that they had to cancel my appointment. I showed them I had received no voicemails, missed calls, but still had to reschedule. All this despite the fact that I had called them 15 minutes earlier to confirm the appointment and they said yes and to come on! With my work I had to schedule time off so I could make the appointment for this to happen! I'm sure the person left early or something and stuck the office with it, a poor way to do business!

I called at 12pm and asked if I was able to walk in to see a Dr. The receptionist advised yes that the nurse practitioner was seeing walk in’s and to come on in. I got there at 12:50 cause I live an hr away and it was closed for lunch. I waited and at 1 a lady opened the window to have people come up for check in. When I got up the she proceeded to tell me that the next available appointment was at 4:30!!! I advised what the lady on the phone told me and she replied “not sure what to tell you”.!!! Will not be back!!!

If zero stars was an option that’s what it would get!! Front desk lady is always awesome.. the doctor Mitchell Preston on the other hand is mere trash! He don’t care to even bother listening to his patients! He don’t care about anyone’s concerns! He is very rude, very disrespectful, and isn’t fit to see a dog!!! Not sure why this clinic ever stooped so low to even trust him with seeing their patients!! We won’t ever be back.. which is sad because we have used this clinic for years!!

I just moved to Springdale and was looking for a PCP. I caught covid and was looking for a place to get tested properly because I didn’t trust the at home tests. Anyways I came here and have never been treated so badly. I don’t remember her name but There’s a red head nurse that was very rude to me and made me feel like I shouldn’t have came even though my job requires a note when sick. I had to come back twice just to get something saying I was positive. Then when I come back she embarrasses me and yells can you go over there you don’t need to be next to anybody else. Finally she brings out the note and says she doesn’t have to give this to me and my job shouldn’t be asking me for a note saying I’m positive. If she would’ve been a little more polite throughout this process It wouldn’t have been as big of a deal but I will NEVER come back to this place again. Hopefully she doesn’t treat everybody like she’s treated me

I am transferring from my doctor of 10+ years to this clinic. Those of you criticizing must not have ever had a rude doctor or clinic that doesn’t make you feel like a human. I’m very pleased with the staff, the availability, and Dr. Vella and his bedside manner. I like that they all feel like HUMANS.

I never make reviews but felt like I needed to! Went in today and the new doctor that just started there was great. All staff was friendly and they were able to get me taken care of. I just wanted to tell anyone who’s thinking about going here that they should!
