Buyer Beware. Purchased a wedge pillow and didn't use it. Returned it to store still in package. Was not informed of no return policy at point of purchase. Shady. Desk person was rude and dismissive. I will never use this place again.

EDIT: The delivery went SO smoothly. They called as promised to let us know they were on the way and were timely and efficient. It was such a blessing to be able to get the bed so quickly.

I went today in search of a hospital bed and wheelchair for my mother who took an unexpected and precipitous turn for the worse recently. The gentlemen here could not have been nicer or more helpful. I wound up purchasing a wheelchair since they had the exact one I needed (although they do rent them also). I also ordered a hospital bed for a three month rental (full electric). Basil asked me when I needed the bed and I responded the sooner the better. He said he would have it delivered this afternoon. While it is still morning, I feel comfortable that the bed will arrive today and that means a lot. The showroom is large and crammed with items to help care for loved ones. Things I didn't even know existed. All medical supply prices are high (as is healthcare in general), but no higher than anywhere else or online for equal products. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend. Will follow up on how delivery of the bed goes....
