Dr. Marson at NWRTW Lynnwood has been a blessing! He listens to me and knows a lot about Labor and Industries claims in WA state. I am thankful to him and NWRTW on my side. I have been assigned to Dr Marson to manage my physical therapy treatment to recover from car accident related injuries via Workers Comp. I couldn’t have been assigned anyone better to assist. Not only did he adroitly guide me through the myriad of documents required to receive treatment and counties to do so for ongoing g treatment, but he made certain I my treatment was created and begun as soon as possible to help me. I found him to be not only a true professional, experienced and knowledgeable in providing his patients with the care they need , but that he also truly cares. He is dedicated to his patients recovery. His patients are not just another case. He makes certain that he meets with his patients on a regular basis to see how they are doing. And in this sessions he takes the time to listen to one’s progress and modify any treatment required to better help one recover. I recommend Dr. Marson wholeheartedly to create and manage the physical therapy for any and all those requiring PT for car related injuries such as mine.

If I could give Northwest Return to Work zero stars, I would. This place is beyond unprofessional—borderline harassing. They will badger you relentlessly to make appointments, even after you’ve made it crystal clear that you are not interested. I politely asked to be placed on their Do Not Call list, and they outright refused my request.

What kind of business ignores basic decency and harasses people non-stop? It’s like they thrive on making people miserable. Their aggressive, pushy tactics are completely unacceptable, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them to handle anything professionally. Avoid at all costs!

I had the amazing opportunity to join The Birth Therapy Program at Northwest Return to Work for a period of two months, and I must say that my experience was absolutely exceptional. From the doctors, therapists, support staff, the ladies in the front desk, everyone showed me a remarkable dedication to the well being and progress not only for me but for each individual who needed in this program. Their professionalism, knowledge and empathetic approach created a supportive environment that really contributed to my recovery’s progress.

There is a particular aspect every Friday for one hour, the weekly dance choreography therapy session. Everybody enjoys this one hour of movement and expression as the perfect way to unwind and release stress after a week of therapy. The therapist’s energy, creativity and positive made each session fun, enjoyable, uplifting and the perfect way to transition into a relaxed weekend. Truly a good and nice experience, helping me to achieve a greater sense of balance, mentally and physically.

Furthermore, I encountered unexpected blood pressure spikes during my therapy sessions, but the staff was always quick to respond with care and concern. Their attentiveness to my health needs, along with the personalized treatment plan, made me feel well supported throughout my therapy.

With their well structured sessions, the facilities, a team of professionals who genuinely care, Northwest Return to Work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of brain injury therapy. They are dedicated, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping their clients achieve their best possible outcomes.

I wish I could leave 0 or negative stars, this is is a circus of a PT facility, certainly the worst PT staff are terrible, starting with the front desk. Nasty attitudes and they treat you terribly. Please go anywhere else this facility should be shut down.

I have spent a lot of time with the professional staff at Northwest Return to Work rehabbing a lower back injury. Having completed the SIMP program and am currently in the work rehabilitation program, I can honestly say that there isn’t a better place in the greater Seattle area to achieve your goals.
The staff is caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned for your wellbeing and recovery as you heal and learn new techniques to get you back to work as quickly as possible. The new location in Lynnwood is amazing! It has a modern feel with more space and new fitness equipment to allow you your personal freedom to exercise and heal without anyone stepping on you due to overcrowding like many of the other physical therapy locations to choose from.
Don’t go anywhere else, you will regret not letting Northwest Return to Work help you along your rehabilitation journey.
