I made an appointment with Nourish Health to learn more about the weight loss program. I found Tasha to be very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It's obvious she wants what is best for the patient. She was quick to respond to any follow-up questions I had after the appointment. Very pleasant and down to earth! I have referred others to Nourish Health and they are just as happy with Tasha as I am. I'm early in the program, but so far exceeding my expectations. I had been seeing a Naturopath for many years, this year I switched to Nourish Health and I'm happy that I did! Tasha is fantastic! She allows you plenty of time to review your health history and current health concerns. It is clear she is interested in finding the root cause and she is willing to answer questions outside of a scheduled appointment, two things that are very important to me! In addition to great service, her prices are reasonable, that's a huge bonus! I've been referring her to everyone I know!

I have always struggled with my weight and yo-yo dieting. When I turned 48, I decided that enough was enough and started on Nutrisystem. While it worked for a while, I quickly plateaued. So I joined a Crossfit gym and found my workout passion.

Enter Nourish Health AZ. Tasha reviewed all that I was doing, all my blood panels and I started on Semaglutide+B12.
I kept working out and hitting my protein goals and after 4-months hit my goal weight. I lost 35#!!! I have since kept it off on a low maintenance dose every couple of weeks!
