Being in therapy saved my life. I truly get a lot out of every session. I love learning. I have changed drastically in a positive way. It’s like wearing a tool belt and having that tool readily accessible. Having the knowledge to calm myself with a familiar pattern is helpful. I know what to do if my depression starts creeping in on me for example. I don’t sit in a funk as long as I used to and most of the time I know how to get out of it. Pilar is a wonderful person to put your trust in and start your healing journey.

Pilar, Gutierrez, is the kind of therapist that helps you move out of your comfort zone to accomplish more than you ever thought possible! She is understanding, kind, compassionate, and quite knowledgeable. She asks thought provoking questions, that helps you understand yourself better. She encouraged me to move past roadblocks, and has helped me think creative ways to reach my goals. She continually empowers me to go the extra mile, and see myself as God's worthy creation.
