Started w/ an Urgent Care visit and they were so good they're now my Primary Care. Dr. Melissa Galligan listens, explains, and was so patient with my nervous 100 questions. She really knows her stuff. Shannon at the front is an angel, and the entire staff from check in to labs are just amazing. You can tell everyone genuinely cares and theyre responsive and kind. If you're anxious about medical stuff like me, come here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Went on a Tuesday morning. Had a horrible sore throat. They swabbed my throat. Told me to get popsicles for the pain. I had to return 2 days later because It got so bad I couldn’t swallow. Finally they gave me amoxicillin but it was not easy to get medicine from them. They wanted to send me home to ride it out. I had had it. Never again..

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the office manager and Dr.Patel. After my children have been long time patients and to have them see a doctor yell in a waiting room and scare them. Was enough for me to walk out, and will find a better more professional team. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this office. We spend more time waiting on the doctor to come into the room than we actually do with the doctor. We always feel rushed when we’re there. They don’t seem to read their charts about the patients before coming in the room. Our daughter had heart surgery at 5 days old and we have to remind them of that almost every time we’re there.

They recently just called us to tell us they gave our 6 month old too much of her hepatitis B shot, and they didn’t call to tell us until 3 days after she actually had the shots.

When we were making a follow up appointment the receptionist said they had to double book a doctor because they were so busy, yet they have signs all over saying that they’re accepting new patients.

I do not recommend going here at all and we’re in the process of switching our doctors.

You can never get someone on the phone to make an appointment or get questions answered. It’s impossible to access the care you need if you keep getting sent to voicemail!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Patel today. I was previously a patient at Compass Medical. After they shut down I was able to get and appointment immediately with Dr. Patel. I was very impressed with the new office building and the cleanliness. The front office staff are very friendly and patient. The nurse and Dr. Patel were very thorough, carefully listened to my needs and didn’t rush me. I am so happy to find a wonderful medical office!
