I went for 4 weeks for PT on my right knee. The staff was kind and helpful. I was given easy-to-understand instructions regarding my home exercises and exercises at-location. They were also very informative and explained what the problem was, what the exercises would help for, and why I needed to increase certain exercises when I did. They were supportive of me and excited as I progressed through the PT process and built strength to support the knee. I learned a lot through PT here and would gladly return if the need for PT arose again.

At novaCare, Elkton, there is an experienced, friendly staff, the facility is immaculately clean, thorough attention is given to whatever physical problem their clients are experiencing. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very helpful and knowledgeable, and patient, everything is explained in detail. Joe, and Steve very pleasant, answer all questions I have. Dreema is very helpful, and nice, works with you no matter how many times you call to change your appointments lol

Went for one visit and they send a bill for $265. $100 of it was covered by my insurance. So I called them back and ask them how much it would cost me if I had no insurance to come in for one visit and they told me $120. This is such a sham! Of course if I express my frustration, I'm told to call their billing department which is a totally different company That basically just chases after their bills. Such a sham! You're better off going into the Dr with no insurance than to have them bill your insurance company! Our country is so messed up. I know better to ask next time before hand!

NovaCare is a great place to go for PT. You are greeted by a pleasant person when you come in the door. She is more than willing to work with you to set dates and times that work with your schedule. Joe and Craig are so knowledgable and give you the one on one attention you need. None of the "here, do this" and run off to work with two others and leave you thinking you have been forgotten. They have all been very attentive to my needs and have empathy for my pain. I am moving better and have much less pain after being educated on what to do to help alleviate it. The entire team is awesome!

I had a great experience at the NovaCare on Bridge Street in Elkton. Medically speaking they remedied my back problem and equipped me with a set of exercises I can use going forward. Most of all the staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I had a 5-star experience.
