NuMotion is an awesome place to take your loved with with different types of abilities. I loved how the staff was interactive with my 6 year old son and included him in choosing a color for his new wheelchair. The staff made us feel welcomed and listened to my concerns. Thank you for all you do for the individuals with different abilities than our own ❤️

They were great! Answered all my questions and concerns and made sure all of my current and future needs were addressed. My new power chair is beautiful and comfortable. Worked well with my insurance and in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and attentive to my needs. Definitely reccomend.

I have found Numotion in Phoenix to be a very reliable and responsive durable medical equipment company. If something is emergent, I’ve been able to go to the downtown location to have it dealt with immediately. If it’s something that I need fixed on my daughter’s power chair, but there is no specific timeline, they have always made an effort to schedule and come out to our house which is super convenient. The people who come out are knowledgeable and helpful and polite. Ordering durable medical equipment is always hard and insurance is always a battle, but I haven’t found Numotion to make the process more difficult at all.

Service has been difficult. Today's appointment 10/23 was disappointment again. Not all the parts were ordered. First time the tech didn't submit order and we were shown as no show. We in fact traveled 4-5 hours for appointment and spent $ for lodging plus meals and the tech failed to say and submit order and that he had indeed assessed the wheelchair. Tech wrote down items still needing to be replaced again. Numotion also needs friendlier employees.

Been working with Numotion for years. Mainly because they’re covered by my insurance. And they’ve proven very reliable in the past. They’re a great company for little boys and little girls. They will suit your needs!?

If you’re a very active man or a woman, go elsewhere. My “new” wheelchair replacement from my old wheelchair that lasted ever since I left the hospital in 2018. It used to have METAL the metal suited me perfectly.

I had the new chair they gave me for like 1 day, and the left PLASTIC break, broke with a snap. I was just doing something very simple. Went from Mybed, to my wheelchair. I could go on and on about the TERRIBLE customer support and service. But that would take up too much time.

My review is please avoid this place if you care about safety. If ya don’t they will happily take your money/service.
