Dr. Graca is great! I didn’t feel rushed during my consultation. He answered my questions and we went with a route that would be best for me. The staff is very nice. As I was prep for my extraction of my wisdom teeth. A young lady held my hand. That comfort ease my nervousness. Just a heads up you maybe required have to pay for half or all your services upfront then your insurance will reimburse you

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Gauthier mid October. My surgery was a great success despite being a very difficult case. Dr. Gauthier took excellent care of me, and now, three months later, I am fully healed and the site of the extraction looks amazing. I can't wait for him to do my implant because I know he will provide the same exceptional care and treatment as before.

Dr. Gauthier has a wonderful ability to keep you calm and relaxed. I wasn't even nervous thanks to his reassuring demeanor. His willingness to help and genuine care for his patients is evident in every interaction. The nurse line I contacted after the surgery was also very nice and respectful, listening to all my concerns.

At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Gauthier was very kind and took the time to explain how the surgery went for him and checked on how I had been doing, even asking about how my family took care of me. His lighthearted and funny approach made the whole experience refreshing. For someone who has been on a journey to be confident in their smile for 10 years, Dr. Gauthier's care has been invaluable. His relationship with Plum Grove is amazing, and I wouldn't have wanted my experience to go any other way.

I required an extraction. The office was able to accommodate my schedule to set an appointment; then again when the pain increased and I wanted to schedule the appointment sooner they found a spot for me. The staff was so friendly, professional, and efficient. The procedure was quick and I was given thorough recovery instructions. It’s nice to know there is s doctor on call 24/7 if complications arise.

Very fast! But not without quality assurance. The team did a great job explaining everything to me, pre and post op. Professionalism was top notch, and when I say everyone was very kind, I mean from the doctor to the nurses to the receptionists. Would recommend, and Ill definitely be back.

So far so good after my tooth extraction last Wednesday. I had mild discomfort soreness and swelling since the appointment. I’ve iced used over counter pain relief gargled with salt water and brushed my teeth gently all as instructed so things are coming along well.

The staff nurses and of course my oral surgeon were all wonderful. I highly appreciate their diligence in helping me feel I was in the best of hands fir my procedure.
