This is Mary Alice Lindsay. I met this morning at 9 AM with the Dr. Eric Yuschak. I was very pleased with the service he provided. He went over my x-rays and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. I would definitely be happy to become his patient and see him again. He did a great job. I gave him a five.

I would refer Dr Hawk to everyone. He is easy to talk to, explains everything so you can understand it and he is compassionate. I just had my final follow up from my shoulder surgery and I am doing great. He is a great surgeon and very personable.

Quick easy Check-in with a temp check. No mask required if you have your Vaccination card.
Waiting room had plenty of seating and bathroom facilities.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
No pressure.
Doctor Pollice was professional and very knowledgeable. Answering all my questions.
I will be going back there for treatment.
Free off street parking in large mall parking lot.
The facilities were clean and well maintained.
