I was surprised. For once the commercial was pretty accurate. They do take extra time to talk to you. Doctors and staff are very informative and they're very patient with the patients. I've only been there once but so far I'm extremely pleased with the services thank you

Had to wait 20 min before doctor came in the room to talk with me. At the end of our talk the doctor told me someone would come and get me along with the person who scheduled my appt. I then waited 25 min and no one came. I then asked for directions to the restroom. No one said anything to me and I left! This experience made me feel like I had wasted my time!!!!

Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Each step of the visit was thoroughly explained, and any questions I had were answered. The office was open and welcoming. It was a much better experience than other medical visits have been. I would highly recommend Oak Street!

The only complaint I have is that they don’t call you about your test results. I had to call them or ask when I went for other appointments for my results. Otherwise.
Everyone is very, very nice and very social with the patients.

This was my 1st time using the transportation service. I found the driver friendly and a used safety first in his driving. The vehicle was fairly clean compared many public vehicles.
