I would not recommend this place to anyone. Four times I had to call to get my prescriptions transferred. They said they were but I found out they forgot one. I was a little late for my last appointment and the nurse practitioner said that now she was running late because of me. I have had to wait on her for 15 minutes to 45 minutes. You do not get longer appointment times like they advertise on TV. I talked to her about how bad my anxiety was and she never listened. I also told them I didn't want to do any tests but I was sent home with the orders anyway.

It was my 1st time going. Staff were friendly, but the provider is the reason for 3 stars. She was very condescending. She gave info that's common sense. The loved one I was there with may be a senior, but she is smarter than someone half her age and comprehends well. It took over 40 minutes for her to come into the room. No apology or acknowledgment of her tardiness. My their concern wasn't fully addressed, and I am now looking into a specialist to help. If it wasn't for the fact that it gives them a sense of freedom and independence at their age, I would switch providers. I would even consider a different practice. I will not go there when I am of age unless I have no other options, nor will I be recommending. It's disappointing for sure.

When to my appt and was ask several questions by the receptionist. The last question I was ask do you think you have covid symptoms. I replied yes and the receptionist was done she did not know what to do. After babbling for a few seconds she said I have seen a lobby so I sent it on me for roughly 55 minutes finally get called back going behold I had covered they also talking about mental health I seen a woman go in there while waiting to see a doctor that was having an emotional breakdown nervous breakdown they called the police on her and the police laughed at her now is that what you call supporting mental health I would not recommend them. BTW this was about a year ago maybe things have improved.

Been going there for a year and this place is terrible!! I have told the nurse practitioner about some of my health concerns, never listened. The nurse I had was real rude. Now my nurse practitioner will not be in until next year so they say, then I have had my appointments with the therapist canceled three times saying he isn't in and then he has an emergency. If don't want someone as a patient then just say so. Every time I have went I have spent more time waiting to be seen by my nurse practitioner then just getting 15 minutes with her and that's it. Was told that I would have more time with her when I started but it has never happened. I doubt very highly that I will ever go back!!!

This was my first visit. They were very kind and explained everything well. Friendly staff. Quick getting me seen. And I feel like they listened and took their time talking to me. Hope they can make me more comfortable. Looking forward to positive results

Everything was fine until I got sick and needed an appointment. I was told to go to urgent care. I hate urgent care and would literally rather die than ever go to one again. They charge a fortune and do absolutely nothing. Oak St is my primary care, so why is my primary care sending me to urgent care? This is like the Seinfeld episode where they reserved the rental car but did not have the rental car. Way less funny when you have bronchitis and need an antibiotic or an appointment. Either I see someone or I move on to another provider

1st visit, simply a welcome here walk through with brief but detailed query of any past/present/concerning issues with a detailed office visit in a couple weeks. Thorough, but only necessary questions with the latitude to express yourself.
Could increase to 5 stars with more visirs

The Nurse Practioner I saw was very rude and kept cutting me off, dismissing what I would say. I have Autism New Social Situation is hard enough. I was excited to go to facility that's gives patients special attention, After I couldn't make myself go back after that encounter.
