The ease of making an appointment online was a plus. It was wonderful being greeted by a smiling face when we walked in the door and we didn’t even have a chance to sit down before we were taken back. The provider came in promptly to run any necessary tests and the results were given to us within minutes along with recommendations for treatment. This is what all health care providers should strive for!! We will definitely use, and recommend, this provider for any future needs.

Made an appointment for Saturday morning and got in right away. Saw provider in 5 mins or less. Was thoughtful And helpful. For minor issues, this was much better than waiting forever at one of the big urgent cares. Overall great experience.

Laura is a very kind and helpful practitioner. She listens to my concerns, is encouraging and optimistic, and always makes sure we cover everything I want to talk about during our appointments. She’s so easy to talk to and puts someone like me with medical anxiety totally at ease. I would highly recommend her!

Laura and her entire staff have always kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. I’ve had to bring my kids in a few times for urgent care appointments and everyone is always extremely sweet and patient with them. Definitely recommend Oasis!

Going to see Laura and oasis in general is not your standard experience, or at least not one that is even an approximation of anything I've ever experienced.

In all the best possible ways..

1. Actual listening, actual feedback. I always feel like the feedback I'm getting is from a doctor not a doctor who has a playbook of corporate provided answers. And I don't feel like I have to be concerned with being overly specific or boxed in when I'm talking to a specific thing. I'm having a conversation with my doctor about me.

2. Staff is outstanding. They are fast, attentive and personal. I never feel rushed, it's always casual but equally professional. It feels like a team, not Walmart.

3. Flexibility: it's very easy to schedule, I don't have to wait months and in general they are very proactive on reminding you of appointments and follow up diligently.

4. Competency. I feel more confident that I'm getting proper outcomes as all of the other elements ensure I'm getting the results of a human interaction and not some playbook that I was ran through to save time and get to the next patient.

I feel like the whole experience at this clinic and specifically with Laura harkens back to medicine before it was moved to a more corporate people as a commodity model. It's been one of the best moves I've ever done.

Highly recommend! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been to the clinic a few times myself and taken my kids for various issues. Each visit has been pleasant and the issues resolved. Wait times are much shorter and the appointments haven’t ever been rushed. I appreciate the low out of pocket costs, and even with insurance, it’s a much better option. I’m grateful this office is available.

It was incredibly easy to schedule an appointment, park, and the appointment only took 20 minutes. The team was extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Mckinnis was very thorough and thoughtful in her approach and we chatted through treatment options. Being from out of town I was not sure what to expect but I wish I could make this my Primary Care location. Thank you all for your help this morning!
