If you want to be treated as a number versus a pregnant woman, than this is the place to go. My spouse was not allowed back into triage. I was not seen in an exam room because they were so busy. The NP was off putting. She did measure me in an exam room towards to end of my appointment. She asked if I was planning on getting the epidural. I told her no, as I have delivered unmedicated before. She scoffed and laughed at me telling me I would be begging for the epidural. Where is the support for a natural birth? This place clearly was all about pushing their agenda on pregnant women.

today was my first appointment, this is my first pregnancy as well. so let me just say my nerves was all over the place. i had no clue what to expect my first appointment. but they were all so very nice. i felt welcomed immediately. i’m so excited to work with them! my nerves are definitely calmed now that i met the people id be working with.

A few years later, I've decided to share my experience. I've always wanted to have multiple children. After my experience, I determined that it's best to stop at 1. My whole pregnancy my OB pushed me to get a C-section with no good reason. I stood my ground and decided I want a natural birth.
3 days before my due date, I was induced. The staff induced me though I was already in labor. (They didn't check until after they induced me.) So, my pain level were worse due to be unnecessarily induced.
My OB never checked on me until I decided to get the epidural. Y'all, I was in labor for 12 hours and she never checked on me. Guess what? I was 10cm dilated when she checked. So, it's possible that my baby could have entered the world sooner and my labor experience may not have been that bad.
Fast forward a couple hours of pushing, I told my OB that I believe my epidural fell out because I could feel contractions in my tailbone. She said that's not possible.
Due to some issues, I had to get an emergency C-section. The antithesiologist stated that my epidural fell out. My OB stood there amazed and never apologized.
Also, one of the NPs accused me of lying when I told her when I had my last period. She said there's no way that I could possibly be this early in pregnancy if my last period was that long ago. Apparently to her, women with irregular periods can't get pregnant. I told her that this is common on my maternal grandfather side of the family. She really said my family has no idea what they're talking about.
I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I see Dr Coates here, she is amazing, I have seen her for years. She is the best surgeon. She has done multiple surgeries on me, I suffered from terrible endometriosis. I cried before going back and she held my hand. I couldn't ask for a better doctor, very compassionate, caring, and a great listener.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of health issues over the year and have had a hard time with my Ob. I switched to them in hopes to have a different experience but since i’ve called a couple times inquiring about anything i could possibly do to help my issue, the girl just seems bothered that she has to talk to me and claims there’s nothing that will help even though two other doctors suggested a pill or medication that would help. Not very pleased or happy with whoever calls from the nurse station voicemail. Very rude and sounds like she needs to find something that doesn’t bother her to do.

Dr. Lewis delivered both of my babies, she was amazing and such a calming and caring presence in the delivery room.
HOWEVER, I had a very bad experience with a NP when I experienced a pregnancy loss (chemical pregnancy). I was made to feel crazy and was told that it was just a bad period because I was stressed about trying for a baby, even though I had 3 positive tests and was very late. When I told them this excessive bleeding wasn't normal for me and I know my body, I was told "but this isn't abnormal for other women" and we left with more questions than answers.
ALSO, I called and left a message seeking help for postpartum depression after my 2nd child, and NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. The office couldn't care less about their non-pregnant patients.

I went into early labor because nobody here took my pains serious. I had to deal with my son being in the Nicu and excruciating pain. I would not recommend this place for my fellow African American people. You WILL NOT be heard here.

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but I couldn’t believe how bad my experience was at my last appointment. To briefly explain, Charly Neal NP had not been charting the medication samples (several samples& several appointments) she had given me in my chart or the reason I needed medications in the first place all related to birth control. When the problems didn’t resolve I made an appointment with an MD. I was taken back for triage the nurse told me my nexplanon was expired, because it was never charted that Charly Neal NP had replaced it. The reason for my appointment was due to break through bleeding related to Nexplanon. When I came in for my appointment this time I had asked the MD for a prescription for the sample Charly Neal NP had given me and that’s when the MD informed me Charly Neal NP had not been charting my experiences with the medication samples. I’m extremely frustrated and had to share my experience for other patients.
