My most recent visit to the Ochsner site in Algiers was pleasant and effective. From the moment I stepped into the waiting area, the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. The visit with my primary care physician, Dr. Azikiwe Lombard, was effective because all of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. He was professional and took the time necessary to cover every area of concern about my health. I like Dr. Lombard because he takes time with his patients, and he shows a genuine concern for their health and well-being. A very pleasant nurse gave me my annual flu shot. I never feel the stick! I also needed to have blood work done. The technician was professional, patient, and kind, making me feel relaxed. I didn't even feel that needle going into my vein as she drew 3 tubes of blood. The personnel at this facility met my needs and made my visit a rewarding experience!

This was the best doctor visit I have ever experienced. Everyone was friendly, professional, and noticeably clean. The process for entering into the clinic was swift and safe. Dr. Acharya was very kind and he listened. He seems to care about his patients and their well-being. Ms.Tee, also did an amazing job at collecting my blood sample. It didn’t hurt and her casual conversation was pleasant. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Started using this facility a few years ago. Love it here. I've only seen 2 doctors here (1 transferred) and they've both been great. I recently transferred my kids here because its so wonderful. The staff is also great. I haven't had any negative experiences here and pray it stays that way.

My visit to see Dr. Azikiwe Lombard was wonderful. He is kind, caring, funny and easy to talk to. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
One of the best features was the parking lot check in process. During this time, any measures to limit contact is a good idea and Ochsner is doing a bang up job in this area.
I am very happy with the experience.

This clinic is one of the best. The service here is 5- star and every member of the team is very supportive. They converse with you, meet your needs and are concerned about your valuable time. When your primary care doctor is not available, you will receive assistance from his or her colleagues and they too are phenomenal in service. I’m spoiled rotten and I send unhappy clients from their doctors to mine! They too are now extremely satisfied...and we bless God!

I enjoyed my visit to Ochsner Health Center!! Everything was clean!! The waiting area was well-lit, clean, and organized to promote social distancing.

The staff was very pleasant and professional!! They listened carefully and replied courteously to my questions with the appropriate answers. My visit with my doctor was awesome for a first visit!! I hope nothing ever changes!!

I've been going to this clinic for the last 8 years. I trust Dr. Wanda Robinson completely with my health. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician. The entire staff does an excellent job with what seems to be a high volume of patients. A very well-run well-maintained facility.
