I got to clinic at 12:15 for a 1:00 appointment. I had hoped to be seen earlier than one, as clinic was empty. But, when I got upstairs I was told I would be called back at 1. My stomach began to act up, so I asked about a snack machine and was told they only had one for employees.

I was called back at 12:45 but was told Dr. was still at lunch but would be in when he got back. It was now 12:50. So, I figured he'd be back by 1:00. I then waited another 35 minutes before I saw the doctor. 😒 I don't understand why this clinic is so slow and yet Gretna was perfect.

Dr. was very professional. Dr Hardy took time an interest in my care. She also made sure I didn't have any questions I may have forgotten to ask to ask by asking me. .
The assistant was also very professional. She was very kind and patient. She explained all the test I had
coming up, what they were and scheduled me for them. GREAT TEAM best care I've gotten in a long time.

Dr. Joseph was fabulous. My son loves him. The medical assistant however needs patient care training or she should find another career path. She was not nice, patient, kind or even trying to fake a temperament of not liking what she does for a living.

I feel that the latest experience by my wife and 1 year old son needs to be addressed. My son had to get his next set of shots and see the doctor for his 1 year check up. After a reschedule by the office, my wife and 1 year old son arrived on time and were able to get into a room pretty quickly. They were then left there in a room for over an hour waiting on shots. Even after the doctor got there to do the check up, they were still waiting. After over an hour, my wife had to go in the hall to remind the staff they were still there. The doctor noticed this and was disappointed as well. Our 1 year old finally got shots and they were able to leave.
Keeping a 1 year old and a mother by themselves in a room for over an hour in a small room is really not appropriate. My wife now has a pulled muscle in her ribs trying to hold him for over an hour. I know the answer will be "well, Due to Covid...." but this is uncalled for no matter what is going on. Please do better.

Today I had my annual MD visit. I established care with a new provider. She was timely & thorough! Lab & x-ray ordered & I was able to get them done on the same & at the same place. It made things easier for me!

I am always satisfied with the level of care my son receives. His primary care doctor is so loving and caring. She genuinely cares. I also appreciate the evening appointments available. Since he is special needs, the later option works out best for our situation.

Was told to try to arrive at my appointment early because Dr. Bedi had to be at the hospital for 1130. Asked the nurse what time would they like me to arrive and she stated anytime before 1100. I arrived at 10 am and was not called to the back until. 11. Waited an hour to be rushed and the visit lasted less than 15 min. Not the best care or consideration for other. EKG was completed and they did not provide a sheet for privacy. Appointment times for test give without them checking with me to make sure I’m available and blood work not placed until the next day. . Not the best care I have received.
