This review is about the respiratory therapist, Bryce F. I came in looking for a CPAP mask and he quickly told me about the one I had seen online, fit me and had we try it out. He quickly ran my insurance and I was out of there in maybe 15 mins tops. This was by far the best experience I have had with Oschner Home Health Equipment. Thanks Bryce, if I need anything else I hope you’re the one who is working.

The counter ladies were pretty curt with us when we walked in. Thankfully Bryce was great!

I visited Total Health Solutions to get some compression socks for traveling. My doctor at Ochsner on Vets Blvd told me the order was in and I only needed to stop by. Luckily, I was the only person upon arriving, because those arriving after me had to wait until I was done (and that took a while). Michael was awesome and took the time to address my concerns. The lady that actually helped me pick out the socks was helpful in showing me the different options and she also measured by ankles/calves to ensure the best fit. I took one star off my rating because she tried to talk me into picking a different compression level than my doctor prescribed. I decided to stick with my doctor’s suggestion and it worked out well. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase and I feel the price was fair (surprisingly).

Well, I’ve been dealing with this company for years and the customer service was very pleasant and helpful. Not anymore. And I’m not talking about my last visit for myself but also my staff dealing with them. Very rude as if they hated their job. Will not refer patients there anymore.

Bought a sleep machine a few days ago because I have sleep apnea, machine didn’t work properly and went to take it back and they gave me a phone number to call. Very rude and unprofessional and uncaring! This is a medical device that I have to have and I felt like They could care less. Told them I drove 45 min to get here but they couldn’t get me out of store fast enough! So rude! The lady quickly stated we are not responsible so watch what you buy here cause if it doesn’t work they don’t care

My visit today was exceptional the customer service that I received from Nanette T was amazing! Nanette was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. She practiced all of the COVID protocols and made me fell very safe. The entire staff at the location were considerate. I wore the much needed product after the try on and felt immediate relief! I am truly grateful for the attention to detail that Nanette provided. Thanks Nanette!!!

Had to be fitted for diabetic shoes. All my options was NOT offer to me. The shoes I wanted I couldn’t exchanged for, so I am stuck with these ugly things. I was told to go somewhere else and I recommend don’t go here.

We needed to find a power lift chair for my 88 year old mother-in-law. I called THS and spoke with Deviney. She went over all of our options and insurance details, and suggested that we come in to the store to see which chair was the best fit. We were greeted at the store by Mike, who was very helpful and caring. We ordered a chair and it was delivered in 5 days! Great experience from beginning to end!!!

Thigh high compression hose are so difficult to put on, but Nettie was so patient! She allowed me to take off & put on until I felt comfortable doing it myself! Everyone at the store was so pleasant to deal with! Thx for making this new experience for me so easy!
