Today was our first experience with Odyssey and it was excellent! From ease of scheduling an appointment, to creating a chart and profile for the first time, to being seen in a timely manner.

Our visit with Dr. Wallace was thorough and professional. He was caring and asked great questions to our son, who’s 8 years old. He was compassionate and thoughtful with him as he checked him out and worked through possible diagnosis. Lab tests were ran and we received results in a timely manner and were given options for treatment that were clearly explained and helped us weigh what was best for our child.

Wait times were very minimal compared to other places we’ve been and we felt a more personal experience rather than feeling like herded cattle from one room to the next.

We will be using Odyssey and Dr Wallace as our primary care physician for our whole family! Thank you to Dr. Wallace and the whole Odyssey Family Practice team.

Just had the most wonderful experience at this clinic. I popped in for pre employment testing for a different facility and every interaction I had with all staff members exceeded every expectation I had. Everyone was so kind, fast, and accommodating! Our small community is so lucky to have a place like this.

Now I know why Doctors wear Masks. Horrible experience. Unprofessional staff and Medical Experience. I have my labs drawn every 3-4 months since 2015. My Professional Primary Care Providers have read the results and notified me within 3 to 5 working days. My last Primary Care Provider in Palmer Ak at Providence Medical Center did it with 48 hours. This Odyssey Medical Center has had my Labs for 13 days and Nothing. I haven't been informed of anything. They have not been reviewed or read by this doctor. J. Wallace. When I call or message his office staff " Flo" all I get are Unprofessional excuses and I'm referred to as Honey, Sweetie, Darling the doctor just has to many patients to read your Lab report. Wait some more. Hopefully with in this month he will deal with it. Or you can just go find a new Primary Care Provider. My Labs were drawn on 8/15/24 today is 8/28/24. I have a new appointment with New Primary Care Provider at Central Peninsula Medical Center. Took Flo's advice about going to a New Professional Provider with Professional Staff. Beware of this unethical Medical Center.. You can read there ... Office Manager Response. It's a Baldface Lie. No Office Manager from this office tried to contact me about their Unprofessional. Unethical. Patient. Treatment this is Bottom of the barrel. Go to PCHS and save your life. I had my appointment with PCHS it took 30 minutes in total and Im set. Labs reviewed. I would love to share my Odyssey Medical Center Patient Portal response from Flo. But this OdysseMedical Patient Portal does not allow Screen shots of their responses to messages. Go figure

Best place for medical care on the Peninsula. We don't have a plethora of options in Kenai, so it is incredibly refreshing that Jared Wallace and his entire team are friendly, trust worthy and genuinely care about their patients.

It was easy to make an appointment, they were timely for the initial appointment and everyone was friendly. Our great frustration and reason for low stars is their horrible follow up. Waiting for about a month for lab results even after attempts to communicate and requested follow up appointment on their app, and by calling. Called several times and left messages and never received a call back. I spoke with receptionist one time who said my results were on Dr.’s desk, but it’s been over a week since and still no call. I have some health concerns and just hope it’s nothing that needs timely intervention.

The wait times both in the waiting room and once you get taken back are ridiculous! I thought I had been forgotten in the room after waiting over 45. That's after 30+ minutes in the lobby. I ended up rescheduling my appointment I waited so long and was told the doctor was behind. I was only informed of that after waiting. I've only stayed because on Dana but now she's gone. Also trying to get lab results take FOREVER! They sit on the Dr desk and just sit. Changing Dr now that Dana is gone.

A professional with poor time management skills. Make an appointment, show up early, then be prepared to wait... and wait... and wait. Somebody get these guys a day planner for their birthdays. It just blows me away that such highly educated people can't figure out how to get to an appointment on time. Super friendly when they arrived though, so that is nice 🙂
