Want you there 15 min early only to make you wait 20 min after your appointment time. Then sit you in a room for another 20-25 min by yourself. Spend 10 min with you. Then have you fill out a form and leave it on the desk as you leave, to then call you and want you to come back to initial the boxes not check them. It's a revolving door of doctors. If you find a good one don't worry they will be gone soon enough. It's just a cluster F. I think it's a number game there. Lets see how many people we can push through the doors and collect money from.

I went to this office for difficulties breathing racing heart and heart palpitations. When I revealed I take a supplement she had never heard of, she basically said the supplement was causing my issues and if I stopped it, they'd resolve. Well, good thing I got a second opinion. I ACTUALLY am in very severe heart failure. With a 10-15% ejection fraction. If I had listened to the woman I saw here, I'd definitely have already or would very soon die without treatment. Definitely do not recommend. This is so sad and INFURIATING.

1st appointment with Nicole was amazing, came back to see Dr peatland and my experience was quite the stark difference. First off there are a code of conduct at the front desk that patients and staff must both follow but it seems the staff may have forgotten the code of conduct even exists. The receptionists were rude (but it was busy, so easily something to ignore) but when I was seeing the doc for work around for a bone density scan, I was asked my mental health history. Not thinking anything of it I answered thinking they were part of routine. I was NOT expecting to be insinuated to be a hypochondriac regarding my asthma and other health issues and I honestly found it insulting. She jumped right into "well we aren't here to take care of the mental health problems" (mind you I didn't come in for help regarding mental health, I came in regarding my asthma and bone density) how is anyone supposed to take their health seriously when you hire doctors that make patients feel like addressing their own health issues is a burden? I mean I got home and broke down crying, I've never had a doctor legitimately so rude. How can someone with legitimate health risks take their health seriously when a doctor who has the proof of your medical condition in her face; continues to tell you you're faking it. I broke my hips in the army which is why I need a bone density scan, I can't walk normally anymore, this is something observable, still I am told I'm "faking it". I'm pretty sure the several trips to emergency rooms and emergency surgeries regarding those health problems and corrective surgeries done to remedy those problems immediately disprove the " hypochondriac " claim. This is disappointing you would even hire a doctor like this honestly. If you're looking for a place to get your medical probs looked at AVOID THIS PLACE. 1000% the WORST doctor I've EVER been to

Every member of staff is friendly and shows genuine concern for the patient. Wonderful group of people! Facility is clean and well kept. Check in and check out have always been super efficient. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Went to the Paola clinic for Walk-In services, mid-morning on a Wednesday. The wait time was significant (over an hour), however upon my arrival I was told there were four in line ahead of me but two providers on staff so I knew it could take a while.
The front desk staff were very nice and even offered those of us in the waiting room a bottle of water (several people had coughs and obviously needed a drink, so it was quite nice witnessing this).
The nurse who took me back to the exam room was very attentive. I was pretty certain I knew what was wrong and after reviewing my symptoms the nurse immediately performed the test needed to diagnose my illness. It was great not having to wait longer for the Dr to come in to order a simple test.
Within 15 minutes of the nurse doing the test the Dr came in, reviewed my symptoms, gave me my results (Positive) as I suspected. The Dr. performed a physical exam then treated me and I was on my way.
Although the wait time was significant with this being a Walk-In service I was not expecting to get in immediately and was happy to have the service available locally.
Overall, I would consider my experience as 5 star during this visit.

Hours are listed as 8-6:00 and I just walked in a 4PM and they said they aren’t taking walkin in clients today. Thanks ooo wait no thanks. I won’t be using Olathe Med any time soon after this experience!

Dr Johnson provided excellent care for my elderly father over the last several years. He was also a wonderful advocate for Dad and me as we navigated numerous medical systems and facilities.
Tricia, his nurse, is always kind and professional. The front desk team is helpful and responsive too.
