Worst experience--here is why. I contacted Olive Health Medical Group back in April in order to make an appointment with my doctor for the first time (Dr. Ayvazyan Vladimir). They stated that Dr. Ayvazyan will not have an opening until June 20th. I decided to wait...come June I received an email from Olive Health medical Group re: reminding me of my appointment with Dr. Kirakosyan. I contacted them thinking they just made a mistake and put the wrong dr's name. Person who is in charge of phone calls/appointment (Ani) stated that Dr. Ayvazyan will not be able to see me, dr. Kirakosyan usually cover's Ayvazyan's patients. I requested Ayvaszyan nicely. After several minutes, this person Ani stated-"do you have to see a male doctor only, you can go somewhere else for an appointment." Then, after speaking with the manager, manager switched my appointment date to the 23rd with Dr. Ayvazyan, only to receive another email from them stating that I have an appointment on the 16th (wrong date) with Dr. Kirakosyan.

Horrible experience-I am concerned now about their patients and the treatment they provide to them. This is not an ethical place...As a Quality Improvement Mental Health Clinician/Supervisor..this people are very unethical and suspect that they may be doing illegal things as well.
