Terrible!
My appointment was at 10 was still waiting in room for Dr and it was 11:30 no one came to say sorry for the wait or anything I finally left, what a inefficient scheduling procedure changed my PCP. DO NOT RECOMMEND . It's ridiculously ridiculous!!

I call and they hung up., they do not want to get the phone at all.,Rude people., I been calling and they pick up and then Hung up. I just hope the Doctor knows what they are doing for his business.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Omar Perez he is the best primary care giver I’ve ever had honestly. Appointments are conducted promptly and on time. Never wait in the lobby more than 15 minutes. The nurses are all also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend dr Omar Perez and his staff to anyone.

If I could give them a zero, I would. My boyfriend has been going to this Doctor for over a year and has never had a good experience. Today was the last straw. He made an appointment for 3pm today and was waiting for over 40 mins to be seen. When he asked the front desk girl what was going on, she stated that the doctor wasn't in yet and would be there at 4pm. He then went on to ask her if it was normal to schedule patients if the doctor isn't there and she stated that it is. She was not apologetic nor was she speaking to him with any kind of respect. This place is unprofessional, unorganized, with poor customer service. Do not come here if you want to be treated like your time doesn't matter.

The doctor has questionable skills, and the clinic does not respect your time (I was seen after 1 hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time). I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM, so being "busy" couldn't be an excuse. The doctor didn't even have the decency to greet me upon entry and just started blabbing rapidly medical terms without allowing room for questions. He is very dismissive towards women as my husband has requested referrals and has received them, yet I have gone 3 times to see this man and he has just suggested me to take Tylenol instead of referring me to a specialist and taking my concerns seriously.
The moment I asked clarifying questions he visibly got upset and started to speak to me in a tone just below a scream. It felt like he was trying to intimidate me, because I was trying to advocate for myself. It's a shame that this clinic is "serving" our community as we deserve respect and providers who are actually willing to do their job. The whole place is a mess and aside from the two intake nurses the rest of the staff is miserable.

They have the worst customer service period. I called to schedule an appointment for my 9 yr old, she was complaining of sore throat. First the wanted to give me an appointment for the following week. Then the person on the phone said that I had to take my daughter to be tested for Covid before she could be seen at doctor Perez’s office. I asked the lady if they could run the test there and she said they don’t do COVID testing at their office. Good luck to all of you that need to be seen within a reasonable time frame, it’s not gonna happen.

Horrible service, all girls are very rude including the manager. Don’t waste your time going there look for a profesional office that knows how to handle Insurance. My husband has PPO insurance and he went there for annual physical and was charged a copayment when a copay is not supposed to be collected for preventive care. My husband got his copay back after they received the full payment from his insurance and that’s because we requested it but we went through a lot with them. They are loosing 6 patients. We switched Dr.s due to unprofessional staff.

Scheduled an appointment at 3pm . Checked in and got assigned a room only to hear the DR won’t be in the office until 4:30pm. Staff was very rude.
