Was very very stressed and sent around everywhere I do for appt being sent to Fresno was all wrong and set up I correctly so was very stressed and when reset up with Dr in reedley on g street my anxiety was very high as were my fears. He was AMAZING as was his training staff and nursing staff. They were so patient, understanding, and kind to help and ensure I was as comfortable as I possibly could be in light of my situation. I cannot explain how grateful I am for this Dr being and his team being the one I have now. Thank you.

The staff are VERY considerate and sincere. The Dr that saw me was very caring and sincere. I don't live in Reedley but I'm glad I was there in that office to seek medical help. I will definitely return when I need medical help.

I feel being connected with Omni is so much more convenient than having to be at one particular facility. A visit with a doctor that is more at the doctors convenience than mine is better when the doctor can contact me at their convenience, then sitting in an overflowing doctors office. The video & telephone visits are also more convenient. It cuts down I think having to be in a doctors office where people do go with infectious diseases. I’m not trying to be mean I just would rather not be in an area where people could be or to say more nicely & correctly. Where I am susceptible to an infection that could be very detrimental to myself or my family.

The front is clean and friendly. But the back wait times are just unimaginable. I waited well over a hour and had my rooms lights turn off. I had to get up and open the door in my gown and remind them im in the room still waiting. I like my dr and she apologized for being the only one there and i appreciate it but this was unacceptable as it shouldnt have happened in the first place. All im asking for is communication with patients.
