I have never in my life engaged with someone as unprofessional and rude as SANDRA at the front desk. I called to ask about having the doctor call me regarding some lab results I received back, as my next appointment is a whole month away. SANDRA informed me that I would need an appointment to discuss lab results with the dr, to which she said she would send a message. She did not offer to set an earlier appointment for me, so I started to ask if I could expect to hear back about the possibility of an appointment, but she hung up on me! No “is there anything else I can help you with, bye, farewell”… nothing. I was mid sentence when she hung up on me. I called back and was immediately placed on hold twice for 10 minutes each time. The 3rd time I called back, I got Sandra on the phone again and I asked her to please not hang up on me. She then argued with me about how she didn’t hang up on me, and berated me about how I wanted her to “break rules” which is literally insane… I told her I never wanted her to break any rules, I just expected a complete conversation and at the very least not to be hung up on! Not all of my questions were answered and she cut the phone call short, to which she continually denied.

Instead of arguing with her further, I asked if there was any type of online portal where I could reach the dr myself, because at this point I frankly don’t trust Sandra to deliver a simple message. She quickly replied “I DONT KNOW you need to go on the Omni website or whatever and look there.” She was practically yelling at me!

Sandra is flagrant and combative for no reason, as if doing her job is an inconvenience and me asking any form of question (as a new patient) is unacceptable.

This behaviour at a place of care is abysmal. This behaviour is the reason our healthcare system is failing patients. I really liked my Dr here but now I feel that I don’t even have a reliable way of reaching my doctor, at least not without difficulty doing so.

I see Toya monthly for PT-INR (because I take Warfarin) and she has been nothing but always concerned and interested in what I have concerns about. She has helped me regulate meds better and get new C-Pap equipment. I have nothing but positive comments for this entire Omni Healthcare office. A friend recommended them when we moved here 5 years ago and have been going there ever since.

Another absolutely terrible doctor. She gave me a sample of a medication that causes grand Mal's seizures after I informed her about it. Her staff behind the desk are unprofesional. Her office manager posed as a nurse on the phone when i called to speak to someone about this possibly fatal sample. She discharged me because I was upset about her almost killing me to cover her own practice. Rude, terrible personality and doesn't care about a patient's well being. Wouldn't allow her to treat a cat..another doctor in this state who needs to be investigated. Useless woman who should absolutely not be practicing.

Please do not was your time seeing Dr. Leathers or any of her PA’s. Last week I made an appointment with Dr LI have sinus congestion, coughing sneezing the usually flue and she advised me to take over the counter medications (witch I did) and told me to come back if I gets worse. I came back a week later my symptoms were getting much worse. I made an appointment and had to see the PA Gray. She also told me to take the over the counter medications. I told her I already was taking over the counter medications and my symptoms are getting worse, I know I have a sinus infection along with serve headaches and Nausea. Gray told me to do the same thing Dr. Leathers did. I told here I spoke with Dr. Leathers last week and she advised me to come back if it gets worse. Her response was I can’t tell you why Dr Leathers told you that you must ask her. “this is all I can do for you” and do not get that way with me. I am not seeking narcotics. Just a prescription to stop coughing and to get rid of my Sinus infection. I know I will have to go to the Palm Bay Hospital Urgent care center to get a proper diagnosis.

This was my first time at this office. The staff was all very nice. I felt comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Toya was very kind and I had a very pleasant experience. I'm glad to be going to her.

Person answering phone sounded disinterested and quickly said to hold.

I waited on the phone for 33 minutes on hold and then hung up.

I like the Doctors and PAs, but the phone and front desk help are the face of your business. They’re sort of ruining my experience and now I’m considering if I should go elsewhere.
