One call should be renamed “6 calls/2hours” that I can never get back. Different agents repeatedly calling, but NOT getting me an appointment. Job security? IDK, but this middle-man operates like a Scam. I could have simply faxed the RX and made my own appt. without any their back&forth. Do better.

Thank goodness I’m not the only one. I require an MRI for a shoulder injury. After 2-weeks, I get a text message at 8:51am telling me my appointment is at 1:30pm, the same day. I get to the imaging center at 1:00pm, and after waiting 20-minutes, I’m told that time slot was double booked.
I drove 112-miles, round trip, for nothing.
Worthless organization.

So unprofessional. I have had 2 calls from this company. The first call had a dog barking uncontrollably in the background and I had to keep asking the lady to repeat what she was saying. The second call had a child crying the whole call. I am all for working from home flexibility but the appointment makers are very unprofessional so is this company for allowing a low level of customer service while providing me with an important service. Please sort this out One Call Care. I should not have to ask someone to repeat or move to another room to be away from animals, children and others interrupting my call- I am the client. It is very unprofessional.

They called me for an exam I already completed two weeks prior and kept trying to get info out of me that should already have if they were actually in contact with my doctor. I heard yelling in the background and the guy seemed nervous talking to me. Felt totally like a scam. Just don't answer or hang up when they put you on hold.

One call care diagnostics is extremely wonderful and so helpful!. They take care of all your medical needs from making appointments from medical in home care needs to making physical therapy appointments they have been such a great help getting me through this process to get me better so I can be back at work ASAP!! Thank all you wonderful people that help you through one call care!!

One call is the worst. Takes longer to get appointments, they send you to "shady" places and it ALWAYS takes several calls to make one appointment. They are a useless, time wasting and since time is money, money wasting 3rd party that does nothing but cause delays.

Nothing ever gets handled in "One Call" . I now refer to them as "Multi-Call". They are by far the worst company to have in charge of your medical needs. I guess they offer the cheapest services possible! Go figure!

Trust is an issue when it comes to health and therefore think twice in using a company lacking integrity and honor.
