I see several providers at One Connection for various things, but Dr. Kelly Bowen has been my PCP for 2 or so years and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She is the most wise, empathetic and skillful ND I've ever established care with. She is affirming, resourceful and kind in everything she does. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows in everything she does and says. I feel so lucky to have her on my care team!

One Connection Healthcare is absolutely incredible. I received care there for about two years and only stopped because I moved out of state. Otherwise, I would have continued indefinitely. The experience was truly life-changing—I felt comfortable, cared for, and genuinely seen at every visit.

The entire staff is outstanding. I’ll especially miss the front desk team (shoutout to Debra and the entire front desk team!) and my amazing doctor, Dr. Claire Hannes, whose care completely transformed my life! All the doctors there seem wonderful so I have no doubt any provider you see will be great! The One Connection team have set a high standard for any future healthcare I seek because now I truly understand how exceptional care can be and what I deserve. This is one of the first times I've felt truly heard and cared for my a primary care doctor. I worked mostly with Dr. Kinsel, but from other providers filling in, lab draw appointments, and even interactions with the front office team, I've always felt at ease and am so thankful for all the kindness I've received. I was really struggling with my eating disorder and needed a doctor who listened to me and didn't just see my weight, and that's what I found here. It can be really hard to reach out for help, but it's so worth it. I will forever be grateful for the kindness I received here through a very difficult season of life. 🧡

Highly recommend this medical office. Dr. Amy Curtis is a great listener, trauma informed, and open to figuring out complex clusters of symptoms. I appreciate that she is open to both Western and non-western medical approaches and is knowledgeable about best practices and stays grounded in research. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming. Raven does a great job drawing blood without pain and anxiety, which is huge for someone with tricky veins like me. It's so nice to not be gaslit and blamed for my symptoms.

The front desk staff are so friendly and always make me feel welcome when I come in for appointments. I can tell that they care for their clients. I also cannot say enough good words about Dr. Shereen Spriggs. She has provided care and compassion to every appointment I’ve had and truly values health at every size. She has been so helpful in my health journey and will always listen to me and run tests when necessary. It has been life changing to feel safe and cared for in a medical setting.

I normally don't ever write reviews but I feel like I have to in this case. I am 16 years old and have struggled with an ED the past 4 years of life and have had a super hard time finding a doctor and team who can support my needs and sensitivities as a ED patient. I saw Dr. Hannes today and left the office with happy tear streaming down my face. Not only did she listen and hear me she let me be apart of my treatment and took steps that Ive asked doctors for months to take. I could rave about this for pages but needless to say if you need an amazing doctor and an entire practice who is ED informed and body inclusive you need to come here!

I've received outstanding care from Dr Rak and highly recommend this office. My health issues have been complex and he's helped me heal from Lyme twice rather quickly; as well as my husband. I moved out of State and still return to this office and it's worth the trips. He's changed my life.
