We have always had a positive experience with One Health Primary Care. Both the front office and medical staff are always responsive and willing to help. My elderly parents have seen several PAs in this group and have received good care from all, but Julie Vu is EXCEPTIONAL! I feel that our experience with her was the best care that they have received from ANY medical professional, period. She has the best bedside manners; she is friendly, kind, and inquisitive. She seems to genuinely care for her patients. She is also very knowledgeable, savvy and efficient. And lastly, it was an added bonus that she spoke both Vietnamese and English extremely well. It was easy for her to communicate to me in English and to my parents in Vietnamese. I would highly recommend Julie!

Five stars go to Dr. Christine Trinh who's been an amazing and awesome help for my mother who's her patient. Dr. Trinh is very understanding and does everything possible to simply check on my mother, her prescriptions, blood work, etc. The issue is that staff and a certain nurse who took my mother's blood pressure today were rude and didn't even acknowledge her. I also want to add that the lady who handed the printout of my mother's medications also had an attitude simply because my mother requested a printout. I completely understand staff has a lot on their plate but please be kind and acknowledge your patients.

We spent a long time on the phone waiting for a response. After we connected with an agent, we provided our insurance and were told we would be sent to make an appointment. The representative did not redirect us to the right place, so we had to wait again. After unsuccessfully creating an appointment, we needed to get more information from a third party. This is understandable, but we had some follow up questions. The lady named Rupee (from what I heard), was very rude and seemed very rushed. She did not answer all our questions and ended up hanging up the phone. She kept interrupting our questions and had a poor attitude. Let's try to be professional here.

My T. Huynh NP is terrible. Rude and bad attitude toward patients who raise opinions about their health conditions which are not aligned with her opinions. Vague explanations on patients’s issue and treatments. I deeply feel sorry for the elders who do not have other choices but to see her because they can’t speak English. She needs to be checked and investigated on her license and knowledge.
