I really like this practice. Dr. Boor is an excellent primary care doctor. Has taken me a while to find someone that I feel confident in and has my best interest in mind. He's attentive, listens well, and gets great medical advice. I plan on keeping him as my primary doctor for a long time. I also like the convenience of the one medical app and scheduling.

One Medical in Aliso Viejo has the best providers! It is a clean, welcoming and caring place staffed with excellent people! My whole Family has received excellent care at One Medical. The app makes it easy to make an appointment.

My husband started going there and then after hearing about his experience. Everything is just so pleasant and easy and wonderful. The office is a dream and there isn't the busyness and stress that come with other medical offices. Love coming here. Now I take my kids too because let's be real pediatrics is crazy and now it is pleasant. I love that One Medical books the referrals for you and makes sure they happen. It just feels like they truly care about preventative care and about my wellbeing. I hate seeing these negative reviews. I feel confused by them. This is a specialty medical office and does require a membership (my husband's job covers it) to receive care. Maybe that's the confusion?

Won’t be using this service again didn’t get the help I needed nor the prescription I needed! Not worth your money save your money and see your doctor they also charge your co-pay if you have one and visit!

We’ve been dealing with the worst billing issues. One medical is still working on resolving a simple bill from over a year ago. They’re not providing answers, don’t seem to care to resolve this and contradict themselves in their messaging and actions while sending the bill to collections with no further explanation. It’s been a nightmare experience. Do not recommend!

The staff behavior(Specially the manager) is so rude and they don't treat people the way they want to help.
Don't waist your time to go there.
This is a medical building but they are there for other reasons and not to help people.
I will file a complaint about your behavior!!!!!
This way you will learn this is medical building that you need to help people not to make more problem sfor them!!!!!!
