I love my primary doctor at OneMedical. The lab is great. The staff and the office are super nice. Unfortunately, I can never see my doctor on short notice. The closest appointment with him is typically at least 10 days away.

The visit started off well. The doctor was friendly and listened. The doctor ordered several tests including an EKG. The EKG was misinterpreted by the doctor and he then informed me he strongly suggested I visit the ER immediately for follow up. I went to the ER and spent 7 hours of my time to have a trained Cardiologist look at the EKG done by One Medical and say that he had no concerns. A follow up EKG was done at the hospital to confirm there was no concern. The hospital did additional imaging and bloodwork to FIRMLY confirm there was no concern and that actually I was quite healthy. I do not yet know what this ER visit will cost me monetarily. But, it cost me 8 hours of precious time and a significant amount of stress. Sorry One Medical you failed. This borders on malfeasance.

These people will do or say anything to get you to do the most expensive option. My wife's stomach was hurting and they had her do an ultrasound. When she asked how much it would cost they said that they didn't know. Then when they did ultrasound they also suggested doing something else that ended up costing $500+. Do not trust these people!

Edit: in their response they said there would be an "opportunity to turn this around" but that was absolutely not the case. Under no circumstances will they refund your money. Be very careful what you let them do to you.

Can’t say enough good things about One Medical Berkeley. Dr. London is amazing. The onsite lab is outstanding. Access is a breeze and the front staff always seem to have a smile and a kind word.
