Several reasons I stay with One Medical despite being acquired by Amazon. My provider, Jess Pinder, is fantastic. Appointments start on time or nearly so. Lab is right there in the same office.

Clean and comfortable waiting room. Went for an urgent care appointment that I scheduled easily through the app. They checked me in, seated me, and saw me very quickly. I just wish it wasn't owned by Amazon.

Yesterday I saw Dr. Rai for my annual physical. It went fine and we scheduled lab work to be done today (Dec.12th) I fasted this morning as requested and went to the One Medical office in Terra Linda at 8AM. Unfortunately they had not received a request for the lab work and despite our efforts to obtain the order we were unsuccessful. So I went home and will try tomorrow if the lab request is submitted.
