Great experience overall. Same day appointment, extremely knowledgeable physician, that listen to my health history and made suggestions. Blood work on site made the overall experience extremely convenient. Will be recommending them to friends!

I decided to try One Medical for the first time and had an incredible experience. The doctor was so empathetic, explained things to me so well, and not only truly listened to me, but seemed to truly consider and weigh everything about my own personal experience and thoughts that I shared with her.

The office itself was nice, the reception was friendly and helpful, and the app is both super to use and extremely intuitive. The app gives you the sort of “patient portal” that’s actually useful, simple, and clear. The app blows other software I’ve used like MyChart out of the water. Specific action steps to take post-appt are clearly surfaced in the app as well.

The most stunning part of my experience happened after the fact when the doctor proactively reached out a day later to see if I had any trouble completing my action item and offered additional thoughts she had about my appt after consulting with a colleague about it. I was truly floored as my experience with America’s healthcare system often means having to follow-up myself repeatedly with mixed results in receiving a response at all let alone one that feels really thoughtful and un-rushed.

I’m not sure if I just got lucky to have gotten a one in a million doctor or if Amazon is on to something with its approach to healthcare, but so far I can’t rave about One Medical enough.

P.S. The office is a really inclusive space for gender non-conforming people.

Very disappointed with this place. I was hit with an unexpected $200+ hidden charge after my annual physical exam, despite having gone through the appeal process.

It’s frustrating to see such lack of transparency in billing.

I do not recommend this place - be aware of surprise fees!
