I arrived 7 mins before the lab closed (4pm is closing People work!) and was refused to be seen. Both the front desk and lab technician acted like I was way out of line for requesting an service because it was so vlose to closing, and yet, the lab was not actually closed so technically, I should have been treated. If I were to shut down my clients just because they call 6 minutes before closing, I would no longer be in business. Since when do employees get to hang up their hat and just watch the clock tick down to closing 10 mins before they clock out? Both moved at a snails pace, as if they were in LaLa land, snarled at me and were rude, snippy and just....LAZY!!!! Seriously...super poor customer service and not approaching patients with a empathetic, helpful approach at all..Just the typical, want to get paid but not do work for the pay, attitude. Won't be going back to this location.

I scheduled an appointment last minute on Dec 30 afternoon. Was promptly seen by Jennifer who was very attentive, took thorough history and symptoms. Based on that proposed tests to ensure comprehensive picture of my health and treatment plan.

Jennifer was personable, kind, and professional.

Overall, it was one of the best doctor appointment I’ve ever had!

I am so happy with the care team at the California St location. Dr O is the absolute best as he is a great listener and very proactive about care plans and preventative care. He is absolutely a great primary care physician. Sansar at the front is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to pull records and follow up on next steps. Great job team!

I recently started my care at the One Medical office on California Street. My provider is Stephanie Baubie, what a huge contrast to the care I was receiving prior to meeting her. The office staff, the laboratory staff are all nice, but it's the care I received from Stephanie that left me speechless.
She truly took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. Every time I had a test or laboratory work done, I got a quick response with the results. I walked away from the first consultation feeling I was on cloud 9. It did not matter if the results of my tests were not always positive, but just knowing she cared, made a huge difference. Thank you Stephanie, you are the best!!
