I normally see Dr. Graham, who is great and who I feel like I can have good productive conversations with. I'd give 5 stars for that.

Had to make a same-day appointment for a rash all over my torso, had to do the appointment with one of their PA-Cs given the urgent timing, and ended up being pitched wegovy for weight loss for half the appointment after a cursory "weird rash, here's some more creams like the ones you've been using already that haven't worked". Totally unwelcome and unnecessary. If I didn't know Dr. Graham was awesome, I wouldn't go back. So I'm scoring 3 stars for that, as an FYI to anyone using these reviews.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail provided during my visit. I had made a routine comment that I was slightly hard of hearing, and didn’t think anything of it.
At the visit I noticed that the Frances Paley, NP used a face mask with a clear window over where her mouth was. I made the comment how it was nice that I could see her mouth so I could better understand the words she was saying, as it was generally tough for me (.. like during Covid) to hear/undertand people…to which she surprisingly “thanked me for sharing earlier” as she unbeknownst to me….had proactively selected a mask to help me.

It made my whole day, and was a experience I will always remember.

Overall very good experience! They were able to take me the next day from when I called when other providers were booking into 2026. Overall wait times were much better than any other doctors office I had been to recently.

Someone (Carter) greeted me at the reception desk. He told me the doctor was running a tad behind schedule. The doctor was pleasant and professional. The experience was all one can hope for.

This was the first PCP appointment experience I had in my life that I genuinely enjoyed. Sherry Graham is great and the overall clinic experience is efficient but still calm.
