From the second I walked in I felt comfortable and well cared for, Mariya Went above and beyond checking me in explaining to me the process before during and after the visit, she was well-versed in insurance and exhibits great care making the patient and caregivers feel safe and Taken care of. Physician associate Christina Exhibited the utmost professionalism, she was thorough, professional, and compassionate. She and Mariya both instilled confidence in our health care at One Medical. I’m happy.

New to the Bay Area and was looking for a new primary care physician. Most PCP excepted by my insurance were booking 6 months out. When I checked in with One Medical, I was able to get an appointment that week. Since we were due to run out of medication in a month waiting 6 months was not an option. I met with the provider for the first time last week and she was great. Listening to everything I said, refilling all my medications and scheduling a follow up appointment. It was a great experience.

My recent visit to One Medical's lab at the Redwood City office was a breeze! The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The phlebotomist is highly skilled not just at drawing blood, but at distracting/relaxing me! I was in and out in five minutes.

Ever since Obamacare things have been harder and more expensive that's for sure, but One Medical is the best solution I have found. I can drop into the office or make an appointment my phone and the appointments are kept. I get my questions answers. The staff is kind. I have no complaints.
