This feedback is as an attendant and not as a patient.

There was a lot of noise from the staff and secretaries, it felt as if they were alone in the place. Additionally, there is a door that slams very loudly. One of the secretaries attending to the patient about to undergo the procedure seemed distressed and nervous due to a system issue and spoke in a desperate manner. Instead, she should have provided reassurance and calm to the patient about to undergo the procedure.

The waiting room could be better equipped considering that the attendant spends several long hours waiting. It would be nice to have some tables, plants, etc. to make it a bit cozier.

The vending machine also doesn't offer many healthy options, so attendants should come well-prepared.
