O’Neal Medical was prompt in contacting me to set up an appointment for me to be fitted for a mask, go over the details of how to use and care for my machine. I was very pleased with the large selection of masks Abby presented. Once I chose my mask, she had me try it on and, fitted me with the correct size. Abby went over every detail of the mask and machine. She was very professional but, kind. I look forward to working with O’Neal Medical for all future c-pap needs.

This was my very first experience with getting a CPAP. I chose this location when given the options from my doctor's office, because it was on my side of town. I was very pleased from start to finish. Everyone I encountered there was so nice and friendly. Darryl welcomed me to the family of CPAP users! ? They all made it a very pleasant experience! Very quick and to the point! No hassle coming in or out. They are also very understanding! Came in to get my BIPAP and it took no time! Doctor walked me through every step and got me a mask that won't be complicated for me to set up! I highly recommend!

I just stopped by O’Neal Medical. I spoke to Abby and let me tell you she is the nicest person. I had several questions and she answered what she could. Some questions I need ask the manufacturer of the equipment that I am interested in. But she was so helpful. I’m a new customer and everyone I have came in contact with at O’Neal Medical has really been knowledgeable and very courteous.
