I absolutely adore all the nurse practitioners in this office. Shannon is so down-to-earth; she genuinely listens to what you’re saying and treats you accordingly. I never mind who I see because everyone who works here is fantastic! After my first visit, I left feeling emotional in a positive way because I’ve never felt so heard by any doctor in years. I've even had my significant other switch to her office, and I am now working on getting my oldest child the same care. I feel so lucky that we crossed paths and that we have such an incredible provider! Thank you, ladies, for everything you do!

I am so grateful that I found this doctors office for my 3 children. Shannon’s holistic approach had me sold! She wants to get to the root of the issue, instead of prescribing a bandaid like the rest of these doctors do. But will also prescribe any medicines if needed. Her staff has always been super nice and accommodating.

I am extremely disappointed with this medical office. It's clear that many of the 5-star reviews are fake. The level of care I received was nowhere near what the glowing reviews suggested. Long wait times, unprofessional staff, and poor communication made my experience frustrating from start to finish. It’s alarming that they are more focused on inflating their ratings than improving their service. I would not trust the high ratings—they don't reflect the reality of what you’ll experience here. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Would not recommend to anyone if you’re actually looking for help. All this office will do is gas light you and cancel your appointments because the front desk are incompetent and salty people. They canceled my wife’s appointment because she left a honest review on how this office treated her. Unprofessional, salty, gas lighting office. Shouldn’t even consider them a medical practice from how dingy and dirty their office is as well. Like they have carpeted stairs. #NASTY

Initial appointment went great! Everyone I met was very kind and patient with me despite my nervousness and bouts of confused memory. I was able to give my concerns regarding symptoms I'm experiencing alongside family history, and got a lot of guidance in terms of what to do next. Additionally, I'm returning in 2 weeks to check on how adjustments to my diet affects my weight.

Previously, I've been going on Keto for weight loss- which initially helped but gradually stopped working, even while I was fasting when I slept. I had tried slight alternatives such as introducing "Carb Cycle" days which worked initially, but eventually also ended up with weight loss slowing to a crawl.
Shannon recommended me to try her Low-Carb diet plan with eating 5 times a day and drinking at least 1 gallon of water a day, fingers crossed it helps!

A friend that I trust highly recommended Shannon and her practice. I went there a few days ago for the first time and was very impressed by their level of care and understanding. I’m excited to start my healthcare journey with Shannon and her office. I tend to do a naturopathic Non-medically invasive lifestyle and not only was that embraced by the staff and Shannon.
