Building is super clean and well kept. All of the staff I interacted with during my visit were extremely compassionate and professional. Using the walk in clinic I was able to get an appointment with a surgeon in just 3 days! Thanks OPA!

I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. I am truly grateful for this incredible team! From the initial walk-in diagnosis of a torn quadriceps to the expert surgery just three days later, and finally, the exceptional physical therapy healing process, it's been a remarkable journey. Don’t go to this place if your case is not a surgery related or worst! I have my collarbone checked in here, they took the imaging and never showed it to me and just told me I needed steroids shots. I had one after a week it’s the same nothing changed! So I went somewhere to have it checked and address the root cause of my issue BUT I needed a copy of my imaging and report. Filled ROI and went there the next day as I needed it right away! I was told I have to wait for 7 business days because there are more urgent request ahead of me and they take care of it according to order received! I would think they can just give me the copy of my imaging since I’m already there or have it access in a portal for patients who needed it right away since we paid for it! No, we have to wait 7 business days. After, 7 business days I got an email saying I have to fill up another ROI as the date of birth is wrong and have to wait another 5-7 business days or forever! I just thought it’s ridiculous!!!! Just go somewhere else and have another imaging done! Forget about this place and it’s INEFFICIENCY!

I really loved my appointment here! Soon as I walked in I was helped and they got me back fairly quickly. I loved how when the dr came and seen me he didn’t rush me out of there if he didn’t know something he went to go ask his colleagues he shook my hand I mean very polite very caring I would always recommend this place to anyone with pain! 10/10 thanks guys!!!

I was very impressed with the kind, professional ladies up front. I loved that I was able to do all the paperwork online prior to going in for my appointment as it made everyone's time much more efficient at the clinic.
Dr Anderson was great, as he was willing to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions as well as not push me for a procedure that was more costly until after we tried the less intrusive option to see if the problem with my shoulder could be resolved with a simple injection. I will definitely go back if I need any kind of ortho work done.

I have been seen by Dr Laudermilch, Bailey Green and other staff on their team. They have been great to work with, before, during and after my wrist surgery. I was well informed of what the procedure would entail and given the necessary tools and referrals for a good healthy healing process. Thanks OPA-Wasilla!! 🤗
