My order has never even shipped after more than two weeks despit the claim that they had the device. I have emailed and called several times with no response. Now I have to waste my time and go through paypal to get my money back.

My Topcon Tonometer CT-80 stop working, called Jeff at repair department at OIC, he is very nicely answer all the questions I had about the repair. Even he sounds very positive, I still have doubt whether this machine will be working again. We set an appointment a few days later, Jeff repaired the tonometer in less than 2 hrs. He did excellent job in such a short notice. I am very pleased by his service and the friendly stuffs at the OIC company. thank you all of you!
