My grandfather passed away just a few days ago. I was not able to be there with him and his night nurse, Blair, was so amazing and compassionate. She called me as he was passing so that I could speak to him and she will never know how much that meant to me. He had several other amazing nurses too (Donna, Mary Lee) and others that I did not get to personally speak with. Blair will always hold a special place in my heart as she went above and beyond to also make sure his religious beliefs were followed.

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate working with Courtney in admissions at Opp Health and rehab. She has truly been a God send to me. She walked me through all steps and has been so positive and encouraging during this difficult process of decision making. She has gone out of her way to accommodate me in every way. I was very pleased with all those I interacted with. Thanks to all but especially to Courtney. PSA: She gives the best hugs right when you need one!

My dad spent 4 days in this terrible place. It was over a weekend. When my mom went to see him, he was in someone else’s clothes. No medications given, teeth not brushed. Dirty sheets. When he came home they had packed a bag full of someone else’s belongings. Please don’t send your love one here. Side note: When my mom and sister went to see the place before he went, they showed them a completely different wing and room.

Mom ended up having to return to Opp Health and Rehab after a series of falls at home. There was no question in my mind that I wanted her there after the care she received during the respite stay. I feel so secure knowing she's safe and so well cared for.

Samantha was so professional and welcoming when I brought my Mom here for respite. Every staff member was kind and patient and Mom (age 96 with memory issues) was able to be involved visiting with others and activities. I was nervous about having her come here and taking respite but will not feel that way again. Very nice and clean too.

You folks have a communication problem where my requests are falling in the ears of deaf ear syndrome infected staff members. I have asked for orange juice, my breakfast changed and where my missing clothing is and to add insult to injury, I'm being denied my supplements and vitamins and I tired of being ignored and none of my requests being honored. If this doesn't stop, I will contact the county health board if this mistreatment doesn't end.

I can't say enough good things about Samantha, the Admissions Coordinator at Opp Health and Rehabilitation! She went above and beyond to make my grandmother's admission process smooth and stress-free. Samantha was incredibly attentive to all the details, answered all our questions with professionalism and respect, and even provided helpful information for my grandmother's eventual return home. Her dedication and support were truly invaluable.

I just got my Dad registered in for rehab at Opp, and I had the pleasure of meeting with Mrs Samantha, and Mrs Courtney in Admissions, they really took their time to explain everything I needed to know and was very polite to answer any questions I had. They are very kind, sweet and I also had the pleasure of meeting the Administrator Mrs. Jeanell and she was very sweet and kind also. The facility is beautiful and everyone seems so welcoming, I know my Dad will be in great hands. If you have a loved one that needs nursing home care or rehab care, I would definitely recommend Opp Health and Rehabilitation, great place, wonderful people ❤️❤️❤️

I cannot say enough good things about Samantha and the staff at OHR. My mom has been there for rehab a few months back and is now there permanently. Samantha made the entire process much easier, answered all my questions, responded extremely fast, and is still available to me for questions! I cannot thank Samantha enough for all the help and guidance she provided! Great job!!
