I have been coming to this office for many years. Madison is the best doctor I have ever had. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them as they need to be. She also makes sure my meds won't interact with each other. I see specialists too and she caught something the specialist didn't. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone. Only doctor I don't dread going to. Will continue to go here especially if Madison is my Dr.

My Doctor Madison Zaguora I have now been with for the past year. And I have to say her Knowledge and care she has given to my family and I. Is as good as it gets. At 55yo now it seems hard to find a provider who actually cares about your whole well being isn't easy. And Madison doesn't just shove you out the door. She reviews everything, is honest, and actually wants to help you in any and every way. The girls up front also very helpful as well as her aide. Optima Medical is a very professional and compassionate dr office. They are quick to return calls and cover sll.bases when you are in for an appointment. I have been a patient there for over 10 years and I have always been happy with their care.

Janelle was extremely unprofessional. I had a problem and needed to see a specialist. She insisted that there was nothing wrong despite my complaints and symptoms and refused to refer me out (necessary by my insurance). She even prescribed me medication multiple times for the wrong problem after several appointments of me insisting that something was wrong. I was finally able to make an appointment to the specialist that I needed and just as I had known, there was something wrong and I was prescribed a different medication than anything she had previously given me. I am also not sure why I was ever scheduled with her as she was not my regular doctor and because of my complaints, I even heard her talking and laughing about my issue with a nurse in the hallway. She will do anything to avoid referring you out. My mom has also had issues with this "doctor".

I've been going to Clearpath since before it was Clearpath and it was Dr. Kevin Cleary. Now, they're known as Optima. I'd chosen to see Dr. Cleary because he had experience with my rare autoimmune illness. Even when I'd have to see his PA I always had great, considerate, professional, and compassionate care. This all changed Thursday, August 8, 2024. I had to pay out of pocket for the first time due to insurance issues. I waited over an hour past my appointment time and once the PA came to the room she was dismissive, short, rude, and obviously behind schedule. I've seen this PA several times before over my ten years of being a patient here. She's never been curt with me. This time, however, she literally said... "...I don't have time to deal with all your issues." I'd mentioned two things in the five minutes she was in there and that's what she said. I paid for her time and she clearly was not interested in treating a patient with dignity. I have a chronic illness and have been a patient there for years. Then they had issues finding all my records and then acted irritated when I expected that they would have my records. I visit the same doctors all the time because I don't like to switch it up. Plus, with all of my health issues, I like to have a history with my providers so I don't have to keep explaining my complicated medical history. The PA was so rude that I will be looking for a new PCP. I should have left when I found out Dr. Cleary left. With his departure so went quality, compassionate, professional care.

Had another excellent visit. I am so glad my provider has moved from M.B. Best to Optima. Love the follow up calls from Heather. For instance my provider sent my recent refill order to wrong pharmacy by mistake which I figured. Heather called and resubmitted it to right pharmacy the next day. So refeshing in the health care industry. Alas many providers have forgotton we are customers as well as patients.

amazing staff always friendly and helpful and they have made changes and gone more paperless and the staff in front of office helps you with anyone questions with a smile on their face the dr's and nurses ask about any thing concerning you no ache or pain is too small that they look into and this is all coming from a man who does not like going to the DR office. If I could give them 6 stars I would great culture whatever you are paying them it should be more
